I’m a little lost on some of these reviews. Not our experience whatsoever. We’ve been going through IVF with them and everyone has been amazing. When I say everyone, I mean literally every single person. From the nurses, to the receptionist, to the doctors, to the ultrasound techs, to the andrology lab folks, to the finance person, their knowledge and sense of humor has been an awesome experience. The communication has been great. Every time we’ve left an appointment, we’ve left in the best mood. I can’t say enough about this place!!!! Great, great people!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care and services provided. The staff is unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of pride in their work. They are often rude, argumentative, and refuse to communicate over the phone. Additionally, if you do not use their app, you will be left without any communication, including bills and test results.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Center for Fertility and Reproductive Surgery for helping me achieve my dream of becoming pregnant. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always made me feel comfortable. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference. If you're doubting the process or feeling unsure, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They turned my hopes into reality, and I couldn't be happier!

We are currently doing cycles of IUI with Dr. Deaton, we have not yet had a successful cycle as we are only on number two but the quality of care at this clinic is unmatched. I started this process with a video consult with Dr. Dong. He was compassionate, informative and had incredible bedside manner. I never thought that I would be even able to consider conceiving due to my PCOS and irregularities. He has given me hope to begin this process and I cannot thank him enough for that. All of the staff has given me excellent care and have been EXTREMELY encouraging. Ms. Pam, the sonography tech is the BEST person for the job!! She ALWAYS remembers the results from all my past ultrasounds, and always makes sure to tell me about the progress I’ve made since last time. She has a way of reading the room like no other. I was slightly disappointed at one scan, which was obvious by my face and she made sure I left that appointment feeling reassured with a smile on my face. Something that little makes all the difference during such an emotional time. Dr. Deaton is just as wonderful as the rest of his staff! He answered any questions we had honestly, and was upfront about our fertility treatment process. He spoke to my husband and I with the upmost respect, compassion and honesty. Roxanne, the nurse who I have worked with during this process has been available to me just about anytime of the day to answer any questions with very little response time! She also has been super kind and compassionate with me and has made sure to explain the ins and outs of the process thus far. This clinic and the staff has given my husband and I the best care as we begin the process to starting a family and it wouldn’t be possible without them. I cannot recommend them enough and thank them for making this process a lot less scary than I thought it would be!!!

Excellent experience! From our first appointment, throughout testing, and ultimately treatment for infertility, Dr Deaton and the whole staff were wonderful! They were straightforward about what was recommended, listened to our concerns and Patty was awesome with the financial aspect. Appointments were always in a timely manner and we were greeted with smiling faces. I thank God and Dr Deaton for my beautiful twin boys!
