Highly recommend Dr. Nasseri, Dr. Chen and Dr. Greenseid. All the nurses were phenomenal as well and very kind. My husband and I struggled to conceive for over 3 years. If it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have been able to become pregnant on our first IVF cycle. Our first transfer was successful and the entire process was smooth and simple. We started this journey at the end of October and were pregnant by mid February. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and truly am beyond grateful for the staff here. Thank you so much- my husband and I will forever be grateful 💜

The best team of nurses and doctors out there. They are the reasons why I have my 2 beautiful boys after years of trying. It’s a tough process but they help you every step of the way with such kindness. Will always recommend valley.

Please, oh please, don't make the same mistake me and my wife made and PLEASE go anywhere else for fertility treatments. 1) Constantly disorganized staff don't even know what other members on the team have already informed the patients. 2) Lack of consistent and clear messaging. If they tell me to go to the portal one more time to find documents that DO NOT EXIST ON THE PORTAL, I will throw up. Please, I beg of you, do not make the same mistake that has cost me and my wife tens of thousands of dollars with no results or progress whatsoever, go to another dedicated fertility treatment center. These people just want your money and not to actually help you get pregnant. I thought their carelessness I saw first hand when they over prescribed and nearly killed my Grandmother in Valley hospital wouldn't have infected their fertility facility, but alas here we are. I'd rather go to a witch doctor than ANY Valley facilities after my accumulated experiences.

Had an incredible experience at Valley Hospital Fertility Center - every single staff member treated us with kindness. Dr. Greenseid did our consultation and she was incredible. Very kind and thorough before we began any process. As mentioned in another review, the doctors will rotate during your monitoring appointments. Dr. Chen and Dr. Nasseri have also been incredible with both having great bedside manner. Infertility is hell but we we were very lucky to have our stay here be short term and everyone here made our time positive despite how exhausting the process is. We did not do IVF so I can only speak from experience with other fertility medication. From the front desk staff who always greeted us with a genuine smile in those early morning monitoring appointments to all the nurses. Also the billing department was great and quick to respond when it came to authorizations for medication and breaking down our insurance coverage (a relief to have all that information). The facilities were also kept very clean. Loved the use of the portal as well, the nurses were always quick to respond, also very flexible when I had to reschedule or push back appointment times to accommodate for my work schedule. Thank you all so much!

My husband and I have nothing but the greatest sentiments to say about Dr. Chen, Dr. Greeinseid and Dr. Nasseri, and the entire staff at Valley IVF. We had a long journey trying to conceive, and Dr. Chen made the process as bearable as it could be when going through something so emotional. Dr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable, patient and has exceptional training in what he does. He clearly explained all of our options, the avenues to achieve our goal, and worked with us until we got there. We are now expecting our first child, all with the help and guidance of Valley IVF. As exceptional and outstanding as Dr. Chen and the team of the doctors were, the nurses deserve all the accolades as well. The nursing staff is second to none here at Valley IVF. They are also extremely knowledgeable and work the lab like a well oiled machine. The appointments become routine, and it quickly becomes evident that the nursing staff is on top of their game, knows their patients by name, and keeps you apprised of all updates along the way. The nurses provide results within hours via the patient portal, answer questions via the portal instantly, and also serve as emotional support whenever needed. Their demeanor is sensitive, caring, courteous and knowledgeable. The medical assistants became your best friends and Anne felt like a second mother to me. They are always there to lend a smile, a hug or even reassurance when needed. The front desk staff was always personable and accommodating. The billing department, (although their job is probably not as fun chasing people for payments), were always courteous and respectful about how they approached our payment plans and the dreadful decisions about costs. These are genuine people who understand their patients are going through a tough time and do whatever they can to help get their patients to start their families. Everyone was always in our corner, and rooting for us. My husband and I are now expecting our first child and have been discharged to an OB, and we miss the staff immensely! We will without a doubt be seeing Dr. Chen in the future when we are ready to expand our family even further. Thank you will never be enough to the team at Valley IVF. We are forever grateful for all of you.
