The services are very poor at this health care facility. I came in 20 minutes before my appointment at 2 and had to leave by 2:45 due to not being seen. No updates were provided and no one took vitals. Each visit they are under staffed and their is an hour wait. I would not recommend to anyone as they are so over booked you can not schedule appointments around your convenience so I have missed time at work and did not even see a doctor.
I was referred to this clinic and I have to say, since day one I have had no problems. Every work personnel has shown nothing but warmth and kindness. In the past I have had doctors and nurses ignore what I've had to say but these lovely women take time, listen and assess the best they can. I am so happy I finally have someone to actually listen to my concerns about my body. I highly recommend them. Please be patient because sometimes it can take a bit longer to wait but that is because they actually take their time with their patients and make sure they are thorough, especially with the ultrasounds.
Dr. Mitchell is amazing she definitely goes above and beyond for her patients!!! She ask all the necessary questions and makes me feel so comfortable I hate she isn’t going to be the doctor to actually deliver my baby, however I am overjoyed I was able to meet her.
I can’t stress enough how AMAZING Dr. Paul Moore and his staff are. I was referred to him almost a year ago regarding a rare problem I’m having, and he has gone above and beyond to ensure I get the proper treatment and diagnosis. Not only that, Dr. Moore and his staff are extremely attentive and always communicate with me thoroughly and in a timely manner. I have never felt more at ease with any doctor or medical team, and I thank God for these awesome people every day! I do and would recommend this group to anyone who is searching for a great medical team. Thank you, Dr. Moore, for being the best at what you do.
Everyone who works there is knowledgeable about their job, friendly and has a clean environment. I feel very safe knowing that the staff are supportive of my decisions as a woman. Dr. Gray is also by far the best gynecologist I have met. I'm only 20, so, that is not saying a lot, but he has been my doctor since I was 17. He is amazing. I love the Mirror Lake Clinic!
