Horrible experience!!! The doctors lack compassion and outright RUDE!! Staff can be very friendly. I was quoted nearly $20,000.00 for IVF. I tried them because of the convenience of the drive but I totally regret it. I'm pretty sure if others really took the time to rate their true experience, they will have a rating of a 1!! If you do get to experience this place please arrive very early and notice the expression on the other clients face. I'm unsure of how knowledgeable they are but they have years of experience and low reviews. I believe if someone had a Great experience despite being unsuccessful in treatment they would have more positive reviews. Overall experience cons: expensive, not friendly, unorganized. Pros: drive convenience and friendly staff.

I really had a bad experience wasn't offered anything but alternatives because of my age. She was very harsh and inconsiderate. It would of been nice is she was willing to work with me an even see if I have eggs left or any blood work she shot me down because of my age. I wouldn't refer any one to this dept as long as she is there

I cannot praise this place enough. After TTC for 3 years, we had our appointment with dr Rotan. She was kind, she listened, and, most importantly to us, she had a plan. She ordered a pap and blood/urine tests that we did immediately after talking to get the ball rolling. All of the nurses and anesthesiologists have been so wonderful and given us so much hope. We’ve done 3 other tests after that, all of which we felt very prepared for and were handled so well. We just had our follow up visit where she suggested 3 rounds of iui on clomid which is exactly what I was hoping for! Will update if it works 🤞🏼 my only complaint is 1) that the receptionist has 0 personality for such an emotional clinic and is very cold and 2) that it’s almost impossible to schedule since there’s no direct phone line and the portal it the only way they’ll communicate with you. It takes days to go back and forth to set an appointment. Once you’re in though, these people really know what they’re talking about and really care.

BEWARE! If you join your partner to the consult, you will BOTH be charged. But they will only triage the patient with health insurance! My husband and I were defeated by TTC and sought help from the staff at UF Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Williams spent about 7 minutes with us, was detached and advised (with certainty) that we would not be able conceive naturally. Before leaving we paid, in-full at their self pay rates (as my husbands insurance is crazy so we opted to pay out of pocket and never gave health insurance info) and we left feeling crushed and disgusted with having spent hundreds of dollars to talk to a doctor for a literal-few minutes and have labs ordered. On November 24,2021, 2 days later I see my husband’s online account shows a BALANCE of $249. I immediately call UF. I’m told by several people, over several days that there’s a lot of confusion regarding the audit of my husband’s account and a manger was helping her figure it out and assured me I’d get a call back… Fast forward a few weeks, we meet with the urology specialist, he was FANTASTIC! Attentive, personable, very informative and made the appointment comfortable! His office reaches out for my husbands insurance information so they could see if it would cover any of a potential procedure. I check his portal a few days later THEY BILLED HIS INSURANCE for the previous appointments. To date, I have made no less than 35 calls to UF and we have yet to receive any contact or any resolve. Infertility is already so overwhelming, exhausting and heartbreaking. This facility truly adds insult to injury. My attorney has since audited the account and practices being employed, I will update review in the future!

Words cannot express how happy I am that we chose UF Repro Springhill for our IVF treatment. They have a team approach which means you are getting the medical opinion of at least 3 different reproductive specialists. Dr Rhoton-Vlasak and Dr Christman are both very experienced and easy to talk to. The medical team, specially Ms Jean, is very knowlegeable, professional, caring and compassionate. In my experience appointments were always on time. They run all the labs in house which makes things so much easier. Even the most stressful moments  (anesthesia for egg retrieval) were made sooo peaceful and smooth. The medical team is very responsive through the UF Portal always responding within hours. Highly highly recommend this excellent group of professionals for you fertility needs.
