They "scheduled" my c-section without even contacting me. Now I am 36.5 weeks along and they are telling me it isn't even on the schedule. Ive had them schedule me for appointments without my knowledge. I've seen a different provider everytime and they don't seem to check your chart before walking in the room because they aren't able to answer any questions related to me care. I've heard the labor and delivery side is better, but at this point I am so over dealing with the miscommunication and incompitence

Went to the E/R Feb 9th with my wife who is currently pregnant, good experience with nurses and doctors. We were told they put lab orders in for my wife just for blood to be drawn today(Feb11). We get to labs location and they take my wife’s blood no problem but then they don’t know where the blood is going or who put the order in! They couldn’t even find the lab order in the system! So we go to the OBGYN clinic that’s at Tripler to see if they could find out why my wife needed blood drawn! A nurse was very rude/judgmental to my wife about not wanting an ultrasound especially if we’ve already had one done and were told the baby is fine. I didn’t catch her name otherwise I would write up an ICE complaint. That’s not acceptable what’s so ever being rude to someone for not wanting an ultrasound when we were there to get BLOOD drawn. Our midwife requested for the blood to be sent to her, but low and behold Tripler Labs lost 4 vials of my wife’s blood! What a terrible system in place at Tripler, it’s pretty embarrassing.

My husband received excellent medical care at Tripler from the physicians and the nursing staff. Everyone we dealt with, from the ER to admission to 6B1, was professional, attentive, and caring. The physicians were knowledgeable and diligent into obtaining an accurate medical assessment of what was going on with my husband. As a family we appreciate all the tests, consults, and visits from the physicians, especially their knowledge and expertise. The military has always been good to us, they are our family, and we are grateful and appreciative to have them. Thank you, Tripler

This hospital is absolutely atrocious and provides poor medical services. The doctors give false information and are not held accountable for their malpractice. Thinks twice before coming to this hospital with a medical concern, because they are incompetent. The medical stuff puts families through hardship that is completely unnecessary. This hospital needs to be investigated, litigated and shut down. And I will make sure that when I can, I will take legal action against this poor excuse of a hospital. Don’t even bother to respond to my comment to voice my concerns. Your department won’t do a thing about it anyways. This hospital SUCKS

Had a great experience. Was referred from another island for vascular. The staff (Ana) and doctor (Ferguson) took me seriously and advised /performed treatment. I felt like they were compassionate, knowledgeable, and personable. The active duty staff at the liaison office were welcoming and helpful. The active duty members were polite and helpful in directing me and other lost people thru the hospital area. It was nice that the facility has a mini shoppette, post office, cupcake shop, and a starbucks. Traffic getting there is very busy and backed up. I visited twice, both times before 9am and drove an extra half hour just to get thru the gate. Leave early and plan ahead! Close parking gets snatched quickly, you may have to park on one of the lower tiers and walk the steep stairs/hill. I think there is a trolly?
