Great first visit! The office was very clean and organized, the staff was super friendly, and Dr. Kim made myself and my wife feel comfortable and heard. My consultation was lovely here. I really appreciated the time that was spent with explaining the process as well as giving me the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible. It gave me some hope after unimaginable challenges. Unfortunately, almost a month into the initial consultation I have not received any communication with results for my AMH, any tests I needed to complete, or discussion of next steps. I did end up doing a consultation with another clinic that I chose for my treatment for this reason. The staff and fertility specialist were great, the communication was just lacking and this was a dealbreaker for me since it’s already a vulnerable and anxious time.

Having struggle with unknown infertility for 7 years, I decided to go with Dr. Jovanovic based on recommendations from friends. Not only had they had success, but also other members of their family as well. I had to start over in some ways since I saw another infertility specialists a couple years prior. It wasn’t always easy to stay positive due to nothing working previously. This was my first experience with IVF vs IUI and I’m so thankful that it worked on the first round. I know that might not be the experience for everyone, but after 7 years of struggling, it was a welcome win. Now I’m nearing the end of my first trimester and everything is going well. I can’t wait to meet my baby and I'm so thankful for this team, helping make our dreams of expanding our family a reality.
