I absolutely can't say enough good about this office!! I had trouble with infertility for 2+ years, after our 4th visit I found out I was pregnant! Staff was very nice & kind!

The best doctor I have seen over mine and my husband’s infertility journey. I’ve had 2 losses and 3 years of infertility and every gynecologist said I would never have another miscarriage again after the first one and I did and again said the same thing after the second one, had I not went back to Dr. V I wouldn’t have found out why I was miscarrying. I had an IUI in January of 2024 it unfortunately failed but Dr. V was very understanding and positive about my journey to become a mother

I’m fairly new to Kentucky right before coming here we suffered a miscarriage. So transferring care here to Kentucky I was referred to Lexington fertility. On Monday Oct 16, 2023 I had an appointment with George M. Veloudis DO. Everything seemed rushed just talking to him. But in my mind he is the expert so I remained patient. I had a Saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS). Which is an ultrasound procedure that allows a doctor to examine the inside of the uterus and its lining. However, the appointment was very comfortable. Dr. Veloudis was not sensitive to my needs as his patient. He did not explain to me what he was doing when he was doing it. When inserting the Speculum he forced it in with no lobe which was very excruciating. He did not place the tube in right so it fell out and he had to put the Speculum back in and I was already in pain. The nurse had the wrong size catheter so they had to get another one. They both proceeded to leave the room leaving the Speculum hanging from my vagina and left the door wide open as I’m laying on the table. After everything was over I expressed my concerns to Dr. Veloudis and he stated “look at it this way you never have to do it again”. It was the worst experience ever. I felt violated, hurt and disregarded. I hope and pray no one else has to endure the type of pain I felt that day. I was reminded to do a review because I have another SIS coming up with a different doctor but my anxiety is through the roof. Think I will be forever scared when it comes to any procedure that uses Speculums. If I could give no stars I would.

From the time we initially reached out to Dr. Veloudis' office, we immediately knew that this was the place we wanted to be at. The extra time and care taken with each appointment only confirmed our decision further. Each staff member was always friendly and made an extra effort to ensure that any question/concern we may have was addressed. We would 100% recommend the Lexington Fertility Center!!

My partner was supposed to get meds before her appointment to relax her uterus. They told her to call back a couple of days before the appointment to get the medication. After trying a couple of times the receptionist took a message and told the doc. Although when we went to go pick up the meds, they were completely different. The doc prescribe her an antibiotics and no where on her chart. Her appointment rolls around and she wasn't taken back on time for her appointment, which I understand people get behind. On the other hand they took people back that they stated that their appointment was at a later time than my partners. Getting back there the nursing staff was great, they explained that the antibiotics are for after the procedure but she was supposed to get the other med before. My partner clearly to the receptionist that it was medication to relax her uterus. The nurses and docs are great. But the receptionist are the worst, no empathy skills and very rude when they are asked a question. I understand they might deal with rude patients, but that is life. They need to do their job the right way being polite and have empathy.
