Katrina was amazing in guiding me through every step of my retrieval process. From the moment we were connected, she was communicative, punctual, and incredibly supportive. Things started to move quickly at this stage in my donation journey, but I always felt informed and reassured, which made it easy to stay on track and on timeline. As a first-time donor, I had a lot of questions, and both Katrina and the IVF team were incredibly patient and kind. Their support made all the difference. The IVF Center has been nothing short of amazing! Both doctors and their staff were very reassuring and answered every single little question we had.
