As a monitoring patient I’ve been lucky that they’ve always had my orders but it isn’t very convenient to have to leave for bloodwork elsewhere. It also doesn’t make sense that in this day and age a clinic doesn’t work with email and only uses fax. The staff could be friendlier and have more sensitivity with patients. It’s also not nice for children to not be allowed in, when patients are there in hopes of having children.

While Dr. Noble is very good, I always felt like a number when visiting. Appointments were offer late (1-3 hours), the office was always hot and staff weren’t very responsive to questions. I felt more like a paycheck than a patient. After a failed IVF attempt and a rescheduled appointment, I was never again contacted by the office. I still don’t know why the attempt failed. There are better options for infertility.

We had two rounds of IVF. While wait times are sometimes long when you have your appointment, if your goal is to have a baby we were successful! Dr. Noble and his staff are compassionate and incorporate your faith into their practice. We now have a healthy one year old baby girl. She was a grade B embryo so do not lose hope.

The wait time is ridiculous. The front staff can be snarky depending on what mood you catch them in. I was monitoring at this clinic and when my clinic had to fax anything over they would claim in never came through. This is after having orders faxed over more than 3 times. I’d show up and they’d still claim they never received them. I ultimately learned to always take a hard copy in with me to avoid an even longer wait time.

Wait times are ridiculous! An hour last my appointment time and I still haven't even been taken out of the waiting room. Last time I was here I had to wait for 30 minutes in a room just to see a doctor. I understand that they sometimes get behind schedule, but this is ridiculous.
