Horrible experience with 3rd floor OBGYN. Did not even get in to see the doctor. I checked in at front and after waiting 40 minutes the receptionist first tried saying my mom had not been checked in then changed her story to say she was no showed because the nurse had called and we were not there. The story changed after I let her know we checked in with the receptionist right beside her and we were told she was checked in. The whole time we were sitting right in front of the receptionist desk and neither her last name or first name were called at any point by anyone. I watched nurse after nurse call someone else and each time they did not leave without a patient with them. PTO waisted for nothing and told the next appointment is not until august 12, a whole 4 months away! They apparently need more competent people for the receptionist job.

Dr. Ruiz & Dr. McDonald with Baylor in Temple, TX Pain Mgmt. are both absolutely fantastic! I've had epidural injections for my back before but never with the precision of Dr. Ruiz or Dr. McDonald. They made both epidural procedures very comfortable. Both guided me through the entire time Plus they're both very friendly, personable and treat you like you're their only patient that day. I very highly recommend both for any type of injection or pain management need. Baylor corporate if you read reviews please keep them and their staff happy! They are wonderful!!

I was admitted to the ICU with a life threatening brain bleed in Oct 2024. The Dr's, nurses and staff at the BSW hospital in Temple were the most professional, caring and kind I have ever encountered in my 80 years. The facility, the food and the staff were excellent. The post hospital care and attention to detail has been excellent also. I feel very fortunate to have had BSW there to treat me and am grateful for their services. God bless you all.

I've been dealing with scott and white for the last 6 months with a few different surgeries under my belt at this point. They've been nothing short of fantastic. Very understanding, supportive, and have basically held my hand thru this entire ordeal. My doctor, Dr. Langsjoen is phenomenal. I just recently got a hysterectomy. The work she has done Is top notch. Minimal pain, no infections, and I'm about 99% sure I will not have a scar at all. I was shocked when I pulled off the bandaging! It is upper level stuff. I just want to thank the staff at scott and white and especially my doctor. This is a tough situation, and they have helped every step of the way.

I just had a severe panic attack in the lobby this morning due to the staff telling me I couldn’t go to my appointment because I didn’t have my ID! I normally bring ice cold water with me but this set me off not a good way! I suffer with memory loss diagnosed by Scott n white providers. I have been coming to Scott n white for more than twenty year and NEVER EVER have I been told I cannot see my Dr without a ID! This is NOT the hospital this is the clinic side and this is an inconvenience for everyone! I am disgusted with how I was treated and not even considered a person! That lady looked me straight in my face and said you don’t have a ID you cannot come in. But everybody else who was not African American she asked them if they had an insurance card or bank. WHY none of those have my picture on them. My temperature boiling I already drove 45 minutes to get to this appointment that I have been waiting on for months. Circling around the parking lot to find a handicap spot with my walker! I am in pain and quite miserable because you can’t ever find handicap parking. The staff that helped me did an amazing job helping to calm me down. My blood pressure took a serious nose dive. I was hot, crying, hungry, headache, and my feelings were definitely hurt and it’s embarrassing to be in front of strangers! I vomited nothing but water and the staff behind the counter was just talking rudely about other patients and people coming into the facility. So many had no idea they needed a id for there appt most women didn’t have a wallet or purse on them myself included. A older lady and gentlemen came in after me and the lady doesn’t carry a purse or a ID just like me they were told they cannot come in. I had to take off work which leaves my team short a person and I am just disappointed in how Scott n white changes things without making sure everybody knows and understands! I have been inside three other hospitals in the last six months Advent, Seton, and Scott n white Round rock and NONE of them let me type that again NONE of them asked for a ID to come into the hospital! This is NOT 9/11 nobody is attacking the hospital why are they making this so hard for people to see there provider. I try to donate blood ONLY to Scott n White every 90 days I am so loyal to this organization why they aren’t loyal to the patients. I support Scott n white 100% all of my care is through this place. I may need to look into getting a lawyer. Still sitting here shaking my head and I had to wait another hour and a half to get in for my appointment! RIDICULOUS
