Dr Shanti and the team is one of the most professional and responsible team that we ever worked with in this country, we love how straightforward but also patient she is when explaining situations and our options, every appointment we had with her and the team reliefs our anxiety. It’s unfortunate that so many individuals leave such negative reviews on this clinic and Dr. Shanti based on poor bedside manner. Dr. Shanti is the utmost expert in this field and if you have any experience with highly knowledgeable, extremely busy doctors in such specialty fields, you would understand that these doctors do not have the time and mental head space to hold your hand and emotionally coach you through your infertility journey. Go get yourself a therapist for that. When you want to get serious about getting pregnant and having a healthy baby, go see Dr. Shanti, she is simply the best at just that. Also for those saying the clinic and she is just in it for the money, she is far too busy to care if she gets your business or not. Dr Shanti has dedicated her entire life to growing families and helping you create a healthy baby. She may not be the soft and fuzzy doctor you want but she is what you need if you’re having trouble conceiving. This clinic is fantastic. I have two healthy babies and 7 more frozen embryos to thank from this clinic.

I work in the medical field with zero first-hand knowledge of fertility and my experience is that you have to have good insurance and the ability to trust your experts. Dr. Shanti has an amazing, compassionate staff who do not drop the ball. Dr. Shanti has taken on fertility for all of SW Wisconsin due to a Racine physician retiring. She is busy and organized and competent, and I have welcomed my first baby at the age of 41 years old. Emotions are always tricky, but her ability (which is results-driven, "here are the odds") is top-notch.

Dr. Shanti and her staff are the only reason I'm sitting here feeding my beautiful 17 month old miracle. If you're looking for a "mushy" doctor, definitely look elsewhere. If you are looking for a doctor who will do everything in her power and knowledge to get you pregnant, look no further. Dr. Shanti is very straight forward, no games or run around and she gets results. Her staff is second to none as well. I've read some of the negative reviews and I'd like to address them. 1. Of course you're on her schedule. She needs to align cycles and appointments. IVF is hard work, on both sides. You have to be willing to do what it takes to get what you want in life. 2. No bedside manner - I promise you Dr. Shanti is an amazing doctor and person. She may come off as "cold" but once you commit to being her patient, she is incredible. I honestly cried at my "graduation" appointment because I'd miss her. We love Dr. Shanti and she'll forever have a special place in our lives.

Dr. Shanti is wonderful! She is thorough, knowledgeable and does everything she can to eliminate issues that may decrease your chances for successful IVF. Her team is also very friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell they love working for her which shows a lot!! Many people say she has no bedside manner but I personally disagree and I think it’s your spouses and/or family’s job to support you during this process. If she was emotionally connected to every patient she would never be able to do her job.
