I went to this office in 2018-2019 and again just the other day. I can say that they have always been very inviting and professional, but the staff that they have now is so personable and enjoyable. They made my appointment go by so fast and made both my husband and i feel comfortable.

The medical staff is wonderful at both Del Mar and Temecula. The offices are equally beautiful. My only complaint is the medical records staff. They take weeks to respond and even longer to provide medical records to your OB. In most fertility cases time is of the essence, especially for those of us in our 30s. This needs to be taken into consideration, taking 10-15 business days just to send over medical records to a provider is unacceptable. Especially for people who are paying out of pocket for treatment. Its very frustrating

My experiences have been mostly with the Temecula office with a few necessary appointments in San Diego. The staff can be the same no matter which office you go to, some of these folks travel up. Dr. Chuan has been upfront with me about what to expect and about my options, something I appreciate. Some of the staff has been amazing! Jennifer, one of the nurses, has really looked out for me and made me feel like this isn't a hopeless endeavor. She always makes sure I know what the next step is. Stephanie, another wonderful nurse, has made my frequent visits more enjoyable by being very personable. I recommend this office very much!
