6 years into our ttc journey, I decided to change clinics & try RSC & Dr. Johnson. From day 1, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Dr. Johnson, Allie + the entire team made this unfortunate experience super positive, warm & welcoming. The communication this office offers is unmatched. After 4 IUIs and 1 IVF cycle later, we were able to graduate the clinic! Even though I was sad to leave the team, I’m so grateful to be carrying our miracle babe! Highly recommend no matter where you’re at in your journey or the reason why!

My experience at the Reproductive Specialists of Carolina has been great from the very beginning. The front desk staff was attentive, and the nurses were always available to answer my questions. My doctor was incredibly supportive, even available after hours during difficult times, providing valuable guidance. The entire staff, including those who handled my blood work and escorted me to my room, demonstrated great professionalism. I truly felt like I built a relationship with them all. I know my journey with the department is coming to an end, but I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, whether they’re facing fertility issues or considering freezing their eggs.

I highly recommend Dr.Johnson and her team at RSC. Aside from being thrilled to support women owned business (and one where diversity shines), this place is a gem of a clinic. Dr.Johnson is sharp, charming, and an expert. She is evidence-based and proactive. Incredible support staff from the kind ladies who room you to the lab team that is in house. One stop shop - labs, ultrasound, and procedure all in the same place. The aesthetic of the clinic is calming and chic, which helps in a high anxiety setting. They are organized, thorough, and patient-centered. They have their own app you can use to communicate effectively and see results. The fertility business is an expensive one, in general. Expensive to partake in and expensive to run a clinic. With this in mind, they do great work, and you definitely get what you pay for.

Before I go into my review, I would like to say that I’ve only spoke to Dr. Johnson twice as her patient. Both times were confirmation for me that I made the absolute best decision for my healthcare needs to be handled amazingly well and for my miracle in progress. My situation is unique in that I’m able to get pregnant naturally and had a baby that GOD blessed me to conceive naturally and birth via C-Section at the age of 41. After being told at 39, it would be difficult for me to conceive, I did a round of IVF & was blessed with embryos to use for a later time. My later time is now and I have don’t have enough words of gratitude to share to Dr. Johnson and her entire team of experts. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. My nurse Amy is the sweetest and Elaine(Embryologist) is as well. Imeka, who handles the incoming calls is always so pleasant and helpful in any questions I may have. Their portal system is top of the line with efficiency in communicating with the RSC team. They respond to any message I leave so fast and that’s a dream when you’re handling such a fragile matter. It’s so evident that Dr. Johnson wants the absolute best for her patients and her commitment to making sure that her patients are healthy during and after this process is so appreciated. She’s direct in what her goals are as a medical provider and receptive to hearing your goals as a (hopeful) parent. If you want to be cared for well and heard as a patient, look no further than RSC. I’m so thankful that GOD led me to such a beautiful facility to carry out the miracle he has provided for me to be a part of that I give him ALL the glory on bringing forth on the Earth. Dr. Johnson is truly doing the Lord’s work and I’m quite honored to partner with her on this beautiful journey in life.

We had a good experience with Dr. Johnson, the PA, NP, and other doctors that are no longer with the practice. We appreciated the smaller practice being willing to work with us and our specific case. Unfortunately, the administrative issues we had make it impossible to recommend RSC. We decided to no longer move forward with treatment here back in August and have been trying to get our over $6,000 balance back ever since. It is nearly impossible to get someone to even speak to on the matter. We had issues with the admin/communication side the whole time which is partially why we moved on. I hope they can figure this out for future patients who do not deserve this extra stress.
