PRSD is really a reputable and trustworthy IVF clinic. I had my egg retrieval done here. Dr. Irene Su, nurse Vivian and Embryologist Zhang Wei are all so knowledgeable, professional and kind, answered my questions patiently and with compassion, helped me navigate difficult situations. I had a mixed experience with this reproductive clinic. I waited a month for an online visit with Dr. Stanhaiser, who was absolutely amazing—thorough, informative, and incredibly helpful. My husband and I truly appreciated the detailed explanations and guidance. However, the financial department was a huge disappointment. After my visit, I waited two weeks for an email with financial estimates, which turned out to be unclear. I immediately responded with follow-up questions but received no reply for a week. When I called, I was told that they respond to emails within 7-10 business days. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received a response. The person handling my case, Elizabeth Walker, failed to provide timely communication, causing me to waste almost two months waiting. Due to this frustrating experience, I’ve decided to move forward with another clinic. While the medical staff was fantastic, the lack of efficiency and responsiveness from the financial department made it impossible for me to proceed here.

We had a great experience with Reproductive Partners and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fertility clinic. We initially started at a different clinic, where we went through several unsuccessful IUIs. We didn’t love the experience there, so rather than moving to IVF there, we decided to switch clinics. I had heard great things about Dr. Garzo at Reproductive Partners and booked a consultation. During our first appointment, after hearing our fertility journey, Dr. Garzo immediately suspected I had endometritis (inflammation of the uterine lining, not endometriosis) and recommended a hysteroscopy to check. Sure enough, the results showed inflammation, which he explained would have prevented a successful embryo transfer without treatment. I’m so glad we hadn’t moved forward with IVF at our previous clinic, where this hadn’t even been considered. And we did have success with the retrieval and transfers we did with Reproductive Partners. Dr. Garzo was wonderful—calm, caring, and confident. I always felt I was in excellent hands with him. He performed both of our transfers, and both were successful. My nurses (Laura C during our first round, then Brittney G the second time) were also amazing—always responsive, supportive, and never made me feel bad for asking countless questions. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Garzo and the entire Reproductive Partners team for helping us build our family. I strongly recommend him—his approach was thoughtful and personalized from the very beginning. Instead of following a generic protocol, he truly listened to our history, identified a potential issue others had overlooked, and gave us the best possible chance of success. Beyond his expertise, he and his team made an emotionally challenging process feel so much more manageable. I can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely love this fertility clinic. First time we tried, everyone was so friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. We did Reciprocal IVF and the doctors and nurses (especially Rachelle and Jaycee) were amazing. Our embryologist Lisa was so kind and helpful to us! Was a beautiful success! Now here we are again 2yrs later doing another embryo transfer! This time we no longer live in California so working with everyone to make the transfer happen was stress free! Would write more but it’s time for our transfer and I just took the Valium lol
