Dr. Trukhacheva and her team have been nothing but astonishing. I definitely did not have an easy road when dealing with my infertility. I went through treatments, multiple surgical procedures, transfers, and retrievals. I can't thank them enough for their support and kindness through this entire process. Back in 2022, I was blessed to have my son through the help of this amazing team. Now, almost three years later, I am again blessed to be pregnant with my second child. Having to go through infertility is hard enough, but having a team that supports and cheers you on every step of the way is what makes this entire process worth it. RMI thank you again. Thank you to the remarkable doctors, nurses, surgical staff, office staff, and phlebotomists, who were my "people" during this difficult, yet, rewarding time in my life. My family is now complete and my heart is full.

Best Experience! Doctor T. and her nurses was amazing. I started IVF In April and today my baby boy has almost 3 weeks. Forever grateful! I'll come back for siblings! Thank you!!!

I had an amazing experience with the RMI Oak Brook staff. They were attentive and the communication was great. Dr. Schwartz really cares about her patients. Her nurse, Tiffany, was always helpful and responded to all of my questions in a timely matter.

I had gone to a nearby clinic and didn't have a good experience. They honestly made me lose hope so when I came here to Reproductive Medicine Institute for a second opinion I didn't have high hopes since I thought it would be the same experience. I am forever grateful for all the staff from front desk to back. I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. T!! I had 1 transfer done with her and it was successful! I honestly never thought I would see a positive pregnancy test. Also, Natalia my nurse is the best she was always getting back to me right away and was so friendly!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your clinic. My experience with your medical team and support staff has been extremely disappointing, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Firstly, the doctor, Victoria, who was involved in our in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure, demonstrated a lack of competence, leading to a failed fertilization. Unfortunately, this resulted in the need for a termination, causing significant emotional distress for my family and me. Additionally, I must address the unprofessional behavior of your front desk employee, Marianna. She has consistently provided false information and has been incredibly difficult to reach. Her lack of transparency and responsiveness has only added to our frustration during an already challenging time. We have been waiting for our test results for five days now, but they have yet to be provided, with the true reasons for the delay being hidden from us. We are considering taking legal action against your company due to the negligence and incompetence we experienced. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and address these concerns promptly. Based on our unfortunate experience, I would not recommend your services to anyone.
