I just went for my egg retrieval procedure this morning & the medical staff was absolutely amazing. I was in excruciating pain from cramping when I arrived & each nurse I worked with truly took the time to make sure I was comfortable. They went above & beyond and really made me feel seen & cared for! 🫶🏻

My experience at REACH Fertility has been exceptional. This review has taken me a couple of years to write, but I could have not asked for a better team and am grateful to have worked with them. Dr. Katz and his team deeply care about the wellbeing of their patients. The team of nurses that had assisted us were kind, helpful, and considerate. Mckenzie and Serena made us feel seen and continuously took the time to answer our questions. We are grateful for the level of transparency that Dr. Katz and his team has provided for us while in their care.

If I could give this place less stars I would. No one cares, it’s all about money. Please go somewhere more competent and reliable. We were all paid up for a treatment that happened in October and it is now January and they are still trying to add charges onto our account. Asked to speak to someone about the charges and everyone gives us a different answer. Asked the manager to give us a call (Melinda) and it’s been two weeks and she still has not reached out. Medical team isn’t great either. They all seem like they hate their job and do the bare minimum. They messed up on our IUI dates so we had to do a natural cycle due to their incompetence. I beg you to go somewhere else. Where they care about your treatment and are knowledgeable. Give your money to a fertility clinic that is actually in the business of helping people and aren’t here just to cut a check.

My experience was beyond amazing. The team from day one was overly informative, supportive and helpful! They helped us achieve a dream of ours of becoming pregnant. We are finally expecting our first child after so many no’s!!!! After being patients at two different clinics and not getting any results, we finally found REACH in May of 2024 and we became pregnant in November 2024. God is good. Thank you Dr. Taylor, Stephanie, Gillian, and Dr. Crain. Our miracle workers on earth. Thank you so much for being heaven sent! I highly recommend!!!

The drs and medical staff here are 10/10! They helped us have our baby and we couldn’t be more grateful!…. The billing department however, is nothing short of a headache. They clearly have no idea how to work with insurance companies. Not only do I have issues every year getting my prior authorization sent correctly to my insurance. I’m now having issues getting them to send the correct documentation and paperwork to my insurance company for cryopreservation due to my husband's cancer diagnosis. It’s unbelievably disappointing to have to deal with billing issues after a cancer diagnosis. I have given multiple recommendations for friends to come to REACH and I will be hesitant to do so in the future.
