Where do I begin...I am so incredibly grateful for RFC and their amazing team. Long story short, RFC was our third clinic. After our most recent egg retrieval at another clinic that resulted in no viable embryos, we were told that donor eggs were our only option. At age 30, we thought this was absolutely insane and refused to accept this reality. After a lot of research, we decided to make the long trip from Colorado all the way to New York. We met with Dr. Marco and felt immediate relief. After one round of Ovarian PRP, we did an egg retrieval and had 3 day 3 embryos and one day 6 embryo. Fast forward two months later, we did Uterine PRP and our transfer. I am now 12 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. With MY OWN EGGS. I can't thank RFC enough. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. If you are on the fence, I recommend getting a consult. I will refer anyone and everyone to RFC and Dr. Marco Mouanness forever. Thank you RFC!

I recently visited RFC Manhattan for fertility consultation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a calming atmosphere, which was much appreciated during such a personal and emotional process. Nastassia and Lesley deserve a special mention for their exceptional customer service. They were charming, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, addressing all of my concerns with genuine care and patience. Overall, the clinic offers excellent service and a supportive environment. I highly recommend it.

A few staff members of RFC deserve a ton of praise. Leila in the NYC office was super speedy when sharing medical records as well as incredibly kind and empathetic when helping me navigate the next steps in my journey. I'd welcome the opportunity to be in her care any time. She was reliable and a memorable part of the experience I appreciate. Mena, the ultrasound technician, was wonderful to interact with on a regular basis. Her expertise is obvious and she always made the experience feel connected and humanized. Angela from the Connecticut office went above and beyond. She is decisive, empathetic and a heroic shoulder to lean on if you need it. I'm awaiting some results and will wait on reviewing any other aspects of the RFC experience, thus the 4 stars to leave room for later. I wanted to provide this positive feedback on specific staff members who helped ease the difficulty that inherently comes with this process.

Having been diagnosed with primary ovarian insufficiency at the age of 33, every fertility doctor has looked at me like I am a devastating case, most not even wanting to do IVF with my own eggs. Our journey hasn’t been easy, and every doctor’s office has felt cold and hopeless until I met Dr. Merhi and everyone at RFC. I cannot actually put into words how much hope I felt upon first meeting Dr. Merhi. I went into my defensive, “I know I’m hopeless, but I still want to try” mode and he opened me right up with his bubbly personality, and telling me he believed in me. I’ve never experienced this from a doctor until now. I got Adipose PRP with RFC at the very end of October and I had the best experience. It was extremely smooth and everyone’s bedside manner was incredible. I even really appreciated the nice touch of the night sky projector in the OR (such a personal and amazing touch). I had a very quick recovery as well. We will be doing IVF in January this coming year with RFC. Dr. Merhi cares about his patients and is so passionate about his work. He is a UNICORN in the reproductive medicine field. He is a treasure, I am so grateful someone like him exists. I cannot recommend this practice and this doctor enough. I am honestly eternally grateful.
