I cannot recommend Dr Levi and his staff enough. We found him after having a bad experience at another fertility clinic, and experienced a night and day difference. Everyone there was invested in our care. It’s so reassuring to see the same faces each time. He and his team are confident, compassionate and capable. They made a grueling process like IVF feel manageable. When it was time for the embryo transfer, Dr Levi could tell I was very nervous. He told me that it’s ok to be nervous but to know that he and his team weren’t nervous because they know what they are doing and they do this all the time. That gave me a lot of comfort! My husband and I were fortunate to get pregnant after only one round of IVF and only one embryo transfer 🙏. We are excited to meet our little one this summer! It had been a long road, and we are so grateful that we entrusted our care with Dr Levi and his team. It’s invaluable to have a care team who is empathetic when it’s tough and who celebrates with you when it’s good. ❤️

The best experience we had and very professional staff. Let me start by saying we came to him a couple months after our first miscarriage. My wife and I’s hope were not up but the promise Dr. Levi said that within 3 months of tests and treatments you will be pregnant gave us the hope we so desperately needed. Everything felt speed lined but in a good way. Not like the other guys who feel like bloodsuckers. The day of ivf they did have a nurse practitioner starting to do it but, me and my wife said we’d feel more comfortable if Dr. Levi did it because of the first time we had it done by the other fertility place. He took time out his busy schedule that day and said fine no problem. Now we have a healthy baby girl thanks to him. We will go to him again if need be. Absolutely HIGHLY recommend him to any seeking fertility treatment.

Amazing first visit ! Office staff is amazing as , DR . Levi seemed so kind , and extremely confident in my journey also accommodating I am very much against certain medication and he had no problem making a huge note in my chart to minimize any medication . I had a great experience I expressed my concerns I had with a previous office and how awful the office experience was and why I was choosing more invasive treatment while switching to another clinic after years . I never want to experience anything like that again he reassured me and I’m not even established yet handed his personal contact I was in shock ! I’m looking forward to a whole new journey with such a kind , knowledgeable Dr and office staff It takes an entire team not just drs and they seem to have it ! We had quite a few consults very happy with this one .

I chose this practice because I didn't want want to feel like a number. I had a great intake virtual call with Dr. Levy. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I was so excited for my first appointment, but was utterly disappointed by my experience. Reception was very nice. Me and my husband were the only ones there and my name was called. Without explanation, the medical assistant says he cant come back with me. No one told me that partners can NEVER accompany you in the exam room. Especially because of my history of SA and the new environment, it was particularly important to me, though everyone should be able to have support with them if they want it. That is standard practice. IVF is such a hard, emotional journey (and an expensive one), so it surprises me that this would not be standard here. I had come from another practice where it was, and I'm in maternal medicine, and no one else has this restriction. Their reaction was visible annoyance and blamed the policy on Covid, though no one else was wearing masks. After calling Dr Levy, they made a "special accommodation for today only". I felt like I was being a "bad/problematic patient" for advocating for myself. I tried to ground myself after undressing and asked the NP Lindsay if she could review what we were doing today. She responded snarkily and said "Like I told you before,..". I expressed that this type of response made me feel like I couldn't ask questions. Without acknowledging what I had just said, with my pants off and feeling very vulnerable, she says "lets proceed". I was shocked. I turned to the assistant in the room and asked if I was making sense and she said she "didn't want to get involved". I am stunned and so upset. I did not receive good care, spoke to the manager afterwards and on the phone, and felt gaslit. She attributed by discontent to my SA history and said I should seek counseling, though I expressed it had nothing to do with that. I feel like I have to decide between paying out of pocket for excellent care, or this (covered by my insurance). Everyone deserves great care and patients should be made to feel cared for, safe, and reassured, especially in fertility care. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this practice.

I would recommend Park Avenue Fertility to anyone struggling with fertility. Dr. Levi is empathetic, answers all questions, and seems to genuinely want to help all of his patients start or grow their families. Our APRN, Lindsey, was incredible. She knows exactly what she's doing, listens, is communicative, and answers all questions. The front office staff were always so kind. They knew my name when I walked in for just my second appointment. I don't think I ever waited for longer than a minute in their waiting room. The women who did my bloodwork were so kind and helped ease my anxiety with every appointment. This entire office is truly a well oiled machine. I was so grateful for the communication every step of the way. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Levi's office. I wish Dr. Levi and his entire staff could be my OBGYN!
