Avoid at all costs. They failed to document my insurance info despite me providing it during my first call, and my blood test had to be redone due to a processing error. No clear explanation was given, and I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk or lab despite multiple attempts. Basic professionalism and reliability seem to be lacking here.

There is no better clinic out there. From their full-service, high quality lab to their genuinely caring practitioners. Yes, they are busy as infertility rates are rising but they do a fantastic job at giving individualized care to each patient and never leave you feeling alone. You can always get ahold of someone when you need to and they’re more than happy to answer your questions. Physicians always do the big important exams (and of course the surgeries/procedures) and advanced practice providers do other examinations - this was comforting to me. Nurses are available to talk with, give results, and answer questions outside of appointments. My prior two clinics couldn’t find my reason for infertility but PNWF discovered it quickly. I ended up needing IVF and the protocol was so individualized to me and my body. I had 42 eggs retrieved and did not go into OHHS (very impressive). This clinic must be one of the top fertility clinics in the country with how closely they adhere to data of new research and science. I wrote this review before my IVF transfer and before I knew I was pregnant. I’m due in July after my first attempt at IVF. To say I’m impressed by PNWF is an understatement. I will forever be grateful for their attention to detail and their devotion to quality patient care.

Went here for over 1 year. Having switched to another fertility clinic and asked for several second opinions nationwide on the next course of treatment, I was extremely saddened to find that the general consensus from other fertility doctors was that at least two out of three of our embryo transfers should have never occurred and that this clinic was overcorrecting or undercorrecting when they should have cancelled. Wish this clinic paid more attention to what was going on with my body instead of cashing in on my payments. Now I have to start over and spend tens of thousands of dollars more due to their errors when I could have given 2 embryos a better shot at implantation if they paid attention. They have too many patients to manage them effectively. Stars present are for the flexible office hours available, nursing quick communication. Front desk never answers the phone but does get back to you eventually.

I researched and compared many fertility clinics before choosing PNWF, and I am certain that I made the right decision. Dr. Massie is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally compassionate. Every question I asked—no matter how big or small—was met with clear, timely, detailed, and logical answers. She was always patient and understanding, taking the time to explain every aspect of the process. What truly sets her apart is her dedication and reliability. For urgent matters and questions —like trigger timing or unexpected minor pain—she would personally call me within a very short wait time, sometimes even after her work hours. During IVF, when unexpected questions or concerns arise, having a doctor like Dr. Massie is invaluable. She is someone you can trust completely, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. She is truly an angel in this field. The rest of the team—doctors, nurses, and staff—are also amazing. They work seamlessly together, supporting both their patients and each other with professionalism and empathy. I am beyond grateful for the care I received at PNWF and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone navigating their fertility journey. You will be in the best hands here.

When my wife and I discovered we needed IVF, we met with a few doctors and clinics to find the right fit. Dr. Shahine and her team at PNW Fertility won us over with their professionalism, their depth of knowledge & ability to communicate that knowledge, and—perhaps above all—their empathy & compassion for us as we entered a difficult phase in growing our family. Several years later, we have a healthy, happy toddler and have transferred another embryo to welcome a sibling. Dr. Shahine, Dr. Lamb, Paige, Cassie, Olivia, and everyone else we encountered through both transfers have been amazing. We’ve never second guessed our decision to work with PNW Fertility and recommend them whenever appropriate. Thank you all so much for helping us experience the joy (and exhaustion) of parenthood.
