I have been nothing but happy since I started seeing Dr. Evans at OU. He’s compassionate, but straightforward (very helpful when you have anxiety and tend to overthink) and has been very honest with everything from the process, what needs to be improved on, and even the chances of success. I also had a HSG procedure done recently with PA Buery which was also phenomenal. It was definitely not the most comfortable thing in the world, but she and the nurse were extremely patient, supportive, and compassionate during the whole thing. And I haven’t had a single issue with any of the front desk staff or the nurses. I’m very excited to continue on this journey with this medical team!

I wish I would have reviewed some of these reviews prior to my excitement about my referral. My first appointment was a virtual appointment with Taryn which was amazing 10/10. My second visit was in person, my account had it scheduled with one doctor, but the doctor that was present was different. Not a huge deal, but got the impression I was interrupting their day. It was a uterine ultrasound which wasn’t informative and when I asked follow up questions the doctor was short. When I was leaving the front desks asked me multiple times if my insurance covered treatments. I said yes multiple times and they were sure it didn’t. I then was told to schedule an HSG appointment. This appointment can only be scheduled on the first day of your cycle. Prior to agreeing to this procedure I asked if they had appointments during a time when I knew I would have child care and they confirmed they did. Surprise, surprise that was false. I have a short cycle, so the first time they scheduled the appointment in the middle of my fertile week. The second time I schedule this appointment it was still during my fertile week but towards the beginning so I kept it. This specific appointment is only available in the afternoon and surprise surprise no one can be in the room. Get to my appointment only to be told I would need to reschedule because my daughter was with me. Similar to other reviews, they appointments are hard to accommodate families who do not have additional support outside of mom and dad. Note: they do not let you schedule this appointment in advance, so one could be prepared with childcare. Unrealistic expectations, but standard for the health industry. I am opting to take my chances with nature and my fertility journey because this seems to be added stress with little support.

It has taken me 2 years to write this review. And all I can really say is thank you. OU Fertility allowed me to conceive my baby without doing IVF, which is what others had recommended. Yes, all medical offices have this hiccups, but ultimately they were professional and communicated clearly what was expected.

Two stars because the staff was kind I was charged over $200 for a virtual 15 minute conversation. Then when I got my after visit summary , it was filled with misinformation and twisted words. I called OKC fertility the same day. Would recommend OKC fertility over OU any day.

I was a bit nervous because of some of the reviews but I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The front desk team, doctors/nurses, just everyone has been great. Super professional, great communication, supportive, & very informative. Highly recommend.
