Dr. Dunn is such a wonderful doctor, and Aspire has an incredible team. The nurses and receptionist care so much about their patients. I had an emergency, they took me in immediately. I started my treatment with Aspire from last year, the whole experience has been very positive. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn and Aspire to people who are seeking for medical help for pregnancy.

I will forever be grateful to Dr. R Dunn and his staff at the s main st location. He helped us with our twins in 2022 and I’m currently pregnant with our third baby thanks to him! Bridgette and Ana nurses have been so so helpful and very responsive during this whole process. Another plus is that they have their own lab so we are able to do everything in house vs the other locations (except piney point). Dr. R Dunn has great bed side manner and is very informative and to the point. Thank you Dr. Dunn, Thank you Aspire.

The most overdue review of all time.. After being seasoned in the ivf process, starting four years ago, I’ve resisted writing this review because I truly loved Dr Steward. But my experience was so horrible and on the flip side, I’ve had such an amazing experience with ccrm, that I am hoping someone finds this review before starting their journey and considers another organization . Your care can be better and your experience can be different. I transferred my embryos to ccrm, however this week I had to reach back out to aspire to gather some information about embryos that were transferred and I am horrified to see this place is the exact same - can never get in touch with anyone, calls are not returned, long wait times just to be connected, and the ATTITUDE from staff is outrageous. As a medical provider myself, I find this to be unacceptable, especially given how much money, time and considering how every patient has their entire heart on the line through this journey. My nurses were rude, a had a nurse stick the prob in .. the wrong area only to immediately place it in the correct right before a transfer (yes, I am saying what you think I am saying), the embryologist is incredibly condescending , they call you after hours so that you cannot call back with any question.. I mean the list goes on and on but I don’t want to spend the energy typing it all out. And for what it’s worth, I became pregnant my first attempt and had greater success with the one egg retrieval (compared to the two with aspire combined) once I began my journey with ccrm. Ivf is inevitably a grueling process , but staff treating like you are less than the entire time (excluding Dr Steward) is a hardship no one should experience. Better does exist. Just not here.

I do not know if it is a Texas state problem; but Aspire Fertility in Houston is a painful experience for a patient . Just the process to seek an appointment with front desk is so painful 😓 ( due to the rules of new patient service team at Inception LLC # a third party handling appointment) This year , in mid September 2024 we took an appointment for October 21st ,2024. By 20th September , every week , one staff from MS Kathleen Slight’s team would call me during office hours ( while I am at work ) and harass me to fill out documents . None of the staff wrote me one proper email explaining how many forms need to be filled and by what duration . Multiple emails came from multiple sources ( Prelude app , Aspire staff etc ) creating confusion . Getting hounded by calls during my office hours ; I asked “ why do you want patients to fill out medical history forms one month before an appointment ?” A doctors appointment is hardly 30 minutes and a patients has to fill 60 pages of form one month in advance ??? It’s a torture ! Ms Kathleen Slight send an email that it is a rule set by new patient services team in Aspire “ that patients need to fill out forms within 48 hours of booking “ . I tried to be respectful and filled in the welcome packet form . But the team still went again and cancelled my doctors’s appointment leaving me a voicemail . Please note … “NO EMAIL CAME BY ON MY CANCELLED APPOINTMENT”. Only a voicemail from Ms Gabby ! My question is “ Why Aspire behaves in this unofficial way ? Are they running a fertility clinic or a drug cartel ?” Again , I wrote to Ms Kathleen Slight by night . She confirmed that Dr Bello wants patients to fill in medical history form ; five days in advance . Honestly , it was still 7 days left for my appointment. I obliged and re- scheduled my appointment. No apologies from the staff In a nutshell , Aspire Fertility Houston staff lacks basics of humanity , kindness and management skills . You expect a fertility centre to be prompt , kind to their female patients . These band of nurse or front office staff are like drug cartels … always calling and leaving voicemails ; imbibing fear in a patient that her appointment will get cancelled . I felt like I am on a gun point ; getting calls every week from either Ms Emily , Gaby , Courtney … as if they have no other work rather than hounding patients . One kind request to all patients ; if there is an option to stay outside Aspire Fertility please do so ; or if you have personal relationship with doctors might help . The front office sucks !!!
