Amazing!! I am currently holding one of my sons thanks to NCIVF. I was able to transfer two embryos and was pregnant w/ twins on the first try. Both healthy baby boys. S/o to the staff for being so patient and helping me through the process. My life is forever changed!

We do not recommend this clinic. We went to this clinic for about a year, we did all the tests that showed that our bodies were healthy and we could do an IUI as an option to conceive. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible, you call and the person you are looking for is never there, you leave a message and they call you back 3 or 4 days later, it is exhausting. Additionally, our treatment ended with my right ovary developing a very large cyst that strangled the ovary and I had emergency surgery, we told the clinic and there was no pleasant reaction to our situation, they did not help us at all but they were not moved by our pain either. Today, after almost two months of the surgery, we are left without a baby that was our goal, with less money due to the investment and with the scars from the surgery. Customer service is essential in any company but much more so in this type of services that imply family sensitivity and here that service is null. Jakeline Camila Akram.

I would absolutely come back here for any fertility needs. They helped me and my husband get pregnant with our daughter after struggling to do so for so long. The staff is fantastic! Always there if you have questions. We had the best experience there. Currently 22 weeks with baby girl and we cant wait!

Going to NCFMC was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made. After doing research, NCFMC was the best fertility clinic in the area. Trust me, I am type A and did my research! Yes, they have a lengthy waitlist, but it’s because they are the best! Make sure to ask to be put on the cancelation list. Call often and advocate for yourself to see if there are any openings. After two egg retrievals, we were able to freeze 5 beautiful genetic tested embryos. I really encourage people to do genetic testing if they can. We are so glad we did. We had our first and only embryo transfer and I am so grateful to say I am currently 13 weeks pregnant!! I want to thank everyone who played a role in making this possible. DR. MURRAY IS AWESOME! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and funny. Trust him, he knows what he is doing! Dr. Doblado did my first egg retrieval on Christmas Eve at 7 am! He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lovely did my second egg retrieval and embryo transfer. She is absolutely so sweet and caring. Nurse Danielle took amazing care of me in the operating room for both egg retrievals. She was so genuine and kind. Annika, Anya, and David from the embryology team are absolutely wonderful. They communicated and informed me how my embryos were developing. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of my embryos. WENDY was my nurse and she is heaven sent. She took care of me as if I was her own daughter. She was patient and answered all of my questions. She would demonstrate how to inject shots and how to mix medication. She was always great at communicating. She made me feel at ease and familiarized me with the IVF process to the point where I was so comfortable with it. Thank you, Grace and Rayven, for taking great care of me when I came in for my ultrasound appointments and blood work, your positive energy was always appreciated. Thank you, Misty, our financial coordinator, for making the financial aspect of this journey as smooth as possible. Seriously, everyone treats you like family here. Infertility is a sensitive hardship that not many people talk about. The NCFMC family gave us hope and made our dreams of becoming parents a reality. We are forever grateful and thankful for all of your support, encouragement, and excellent care. We will continue to recommend you to our family and friends. Choosing NCFMC was the best decision my husband and I made. We tried to have a baby on our own together for about 4 years after our miscarriage in 2019 I didn’t think we’d ever have one. We contacted NCFMC and they were so helpful from the beginning. NP Brooks made me feel at ease at our first visit. Coordinator Sandie took all my questions and helped me get all my testing in line. It took about 4 months to get us to the iui day after all the testing. and bam it worked on the first try! We are so excited to finally be on this journey that I never thought I’d be able to experience with my husband. When I started to have some bleeding I called the clinic right away and they got me in. NP Brooks was right there holding my hands as I cried worrying something was wrong. Luckily baby was fine. And we graduated that day. The treatments were affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend NCFMC and can’t thank them enough.
