We cannot thank the team at enough for their exceptional care and support throughout our journey. From the moment we walked in, Katie made us feel welcome and guided us through the initial steps. Throughout the process, we had the pleasure of working with Jess, Steph, Paige, and all the other amazing staff members who were hands-on with my wife. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication made such a difference during what can be an emotional and overwhelming experience. The doctors were outstanding, taking the time to explain everything in detail and ensuring we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about NRM VT and all of their staff! Everyone from the registration staff, to the nurses, laboratory technicians, donor coordinator and all the providers, were all so kind, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a more positive and excellent experience during what can be such an overwhelming, time-consuming and stressful time in family planning. NRM VT is an outstanding fertility clinic and one that we are so lucky to have in our home state of Vermont!

Having gone through an unsuccessful pregnancy AND successful pregnancy with NRM, I can say with confidence that I always felt like I was listened to, validated, valued and taken care of. These attributes are what will set them apart from "just another fertility clinic". The outcomes will never be guaranteed, but I believe the outcomes are optimized when the attention to detail is cared for, the patient is cared for and the provider is caring in their approach to the ultimate outcome. For those attributes, NRM is set apart. As a total bonus, the office is in an easily accessible area with privacy and a stunning view/natural light of VT out the window. Aesthetics also add to patient well being and mental state and that was something I noticed and valued right away. Thank you for all you do for the community!
