I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Zapantis’ office! The office is clean, modern, well-organized, and appointments run smoothly. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and supportive. Everyone is very friendly, and they you on a first name basis— you are not just another patient. Dr. Zapantis (and staff) took the time to answer all my questions, alleviated my concerns, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Zapantis’ expertise, empathy, and dedication to his patients' well-being is evident in every interaction. The nurses are absolute angels— they are all so kind, compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable. Through the good and the bad they cheer for you, comfort you, and make sure you don’t feel alone. They become your biggest supporters, providing encouragement and reassurance when it is needed the most. Their support and guidance helped me navigate the darkest days and find a path forward. I can’t recommend this office enough!! If you are seeking reproductive healthcare, look no further!

There are no perfect words to describe this office other than incredible! From Dr Zapantis to every nurse & team member, this office was like family. Very professional, very warm and so friendly. They made a very hard life experience become a dream come true. And every step of the way they were supportive, understanding and knowledgeable. If we could give them 10 stars we would! This team was perfect for us and we loved their intimate office space as it always felt more comfortable and safe. If you are looking for a fertility doctor there is no better option than NYRW. The entire staff is amazing and they feel like family while going through such a difficult time. The clear communication, timely responses, and compassion to what you’re going through that Kim provides will put you at ease! My process was long due to my body working against me but the nurses became family. Sandra and Jasmine were with us from the beginning through our miscarriages and eventually my successful pregnancy. The knowledge and compassion the two of them have was beyond my expectations! I have cried with them and celebrated with them and to this day I am still so thankful for them. The compassion and knowledge of Dr. Zapantis will also exceed your expectations. He wants success for you as much as you want it for yourself! The entire staff is the best around! I would recommend NYRW to anyone I know needing a fertility doctor. I will forever be grateful to this office and the entire staff for helping me get my miracle!

I wouldn’t be able to love on my newborn daughter if it weren’t for Dr.Z and the incredible staff at NYRW. They aren’t just there to do their jobs, they become your biggest fans, your support network.. your family. I am so grateful to have met them all, as they walked me through every step holding my hand and guiding me with nothing but positivity. I would recommend NYRW and have recommended them to multiple friends struggling with infertility. If you’re feeling like a number at another clinic on LI, cancel your appointments and see Dr.Z .. you’ll NEVER feel like that. He is super knowledgable, kind, and genuine. The nurses even down to the secretaries are sweet angels, I love them all truly. Best practice around!
