This clinic is more focused on generating income than on providing quality medical care, you should consider another clinic if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Had a procedure that left me extremely traumatized and in pain. I chose a women doctor but the procedure was conducted by three men who struggled to perform the procedure after 5 attempts . They forcibly poked me all while I was hysterical crying .. after all the failed attempts I said no more. Despite them being unsuccessful and me laying there allowing them to keep trying the main doctor made an indirect comment saying it was my fault. Never went back after that , took me almost a year to try again after dealing with this. I felt so unseen.

If I were you, I'd go somewhere else. From bad front desk staff, to difficulty scheduling, to shady billing practices, this place needs to be shut down. If you go here, you'd be looking at a lot of out of pocket expenses that you would not have anywhere else. Long, unnecessary wait times of up to 1.25 hours most visits. NOTE: If you visit on weekends, they send the blood to another facility, and charge you extra fees. They also like to pass the buck on genetic testing, it's reimbursement, as they send it to an outside facility. I would decline this testing, if I were you. Full of headaches. The ONLY thing good about this place is the doctors, but even they can not do much without adequate support.

The bad outweighed the good for me. The staff that’s good is really incredible. However, the staff that is bad is horrendous. I’d say 50% of the time my appointments were good and 50% of the time I’d leave crying and frustrated. My retrieval went awful with zero explanation although only receiving 1 embryo I did end up pregnant. If communication and being involved is your thing I would go somewhere else. About 90% of the time I had no idea what was going on during my IVF journey. If you have nurse Kristina, may the lord have mercy on your soul she is an awful person and a horrible nurse. She is catty and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I would ask my initial nurse a question. I eventually requested to never have contact with Kristina again because she was so nasty to me, I was told they were unsure if my wish could be fulfilled. I mention patient advocacy and all of a sudden Kristina was no longer my nurse. All of the nurses who took my blood were incredible and friendly. Nurse Jessica is the best! And most of the doctors I found to be nice but not forthcoming, you better ask a lot of questions or you will sadly be in the dark like it was. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize what questions to ask because this was my first time. I only had a few issues with payment but Michelle was great and always took care of me if there was a mix up. Dr. Singh was fine, not super personable but got the job done (he did not do my retrieval). Good luck and just be careful. I personally would not go back if given the chance.
