After 4 years of infertility and multiple treatments at other healthcare facilities, God brought Mississippi Reproductive Medicine into our lives and how THANKFUL we are that he did! Dr. Hines, Marty, and their sweetest team are the most amazing providers. We began the IVF process in 2022 and drove 4 hours away during every visit to receive the best care possible at MRM. I remember our first appointment at MRM, expecting to hear devastating news but instead we left with more HOPE and PEACE than we could have ever imagined. From the moment we walked into the facility to the time we left, we had peace that we were exactly where God wanted us to be. The providers and staff became our FAMILY from day 1, we were no longer just another number or just another family, our infertility journey mattered to them and they did everything to ensure our IVF journey was successful. They were with us during the most difficult times in our lives and blessed our lives beyond measure by helping us bring our perfect IVF baby boy Lincoln into the world. They turned our dreams into reality and I would recommend this team, no matter where you live 100 times over and over again. This team will be the team that encourages you and doesn’t give up. They will be their for you during your hardest times and celebrate with you for a lifetime. They will listen to your concerns, cry with you, laugh with you, ensure you have the best plan of care, and We even got invited to church in their hometown. Our experience was incredible with this team and we will forever be grateful to each of them for being part of our story. If we ever decide to expand our family again we will gladly drive 4 hours away again to our MRM family. We wouldn’t have our miracle baby boy today without MRM!! Counting our blessings that God placed them in our lives when we needed them the most. The Maddox Family loves them indefinitely. 10/10 Recommend.

AVOID! Do NOT use them as they charge hidden fees and lie about their pricing!!! We were provided an IVF pricing packet from DR Hines during our consultation. In the packet you can see where it states PGT-M includes PGT-A (the Dr even underlined the includes PGT-A), which is why my husband and I opted to move forward with this package. After the clinic took our blood to create our probe, Progenesis sends us an invoice for $5,000. We paid this as it was for the probe fee and PGT-M. We were notified that we ALSO owe for PGT-A. We explained to both Progenesis and MS Reproductive Medicine that Dr Hines provided us pricing in writing which clearly states PGT-A is included with PGT-M. Now that they have STARTED the process and took our blood for the probe, they are trying to make us pay for PGT-A. We have attempted to explain we should not have to pay for PGT-A as the pricing we were provided states it is included with PGT-M. Laurie with MS Reproductive Medicine is telling us that the process has not been started, when clearly it has when they took our blood and charged us for the probe fee! Apparently Laurie told Progenesis we agreed to pay for PGT-A, which is not true.

The doctors and nurses are very friendly and wonderful. They are also very experienced. The iVF procedure was successful. We thank them after God and we are very grateful to them.
