We started seeing Dr. Singh during the pandemic, I was terrified and emotionally wrecked. Dr. Singh made the experience manageable by always offering options and optimism. After what felt like the longest journey, I am holding a 5 week old baby. Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Singh and her team. I would absolutely send a loved one to Lifestart Fertility Center if they were having trouble conceiving.

got an iud with her. she told me i would feel a little preassure and told me it would be basically painless and super easy and i had to find out from instagram it actually isnt. the only side effect i asked about was weight gain and she told me that was not a factor. she only told me the benefits and was just trying to sell it to me. i got scared because of what i saw on instagram so i didnt get one until 4 months later and i scheduled it 5 days prior and they made me wait about and hour because im pretty sure i heard them ordering an iud while i had already got there. right before the procedure they made me sign a paper that had side effects like spot bleeding acne etopic pregnancy and such that i was never informed about previously. i got it anyways and i was fine with those but im annoyed they never told me that until that moment. procedure was extremely painful i was in tears and i do not cry easily. placement was done well though i will give them that. when my first period was coming i had extremely painful cramps, the most painful of my entire life for 3 days prior and i have never had cramps prior to my period. thus i was very scared something had gone wrong with the iud. i called and was sent to voicemail as they do not have an option to actually talk to a real person. i called at 12 pm and it said in the voicemail that if you do call 4 hours prior to their closing hours (5pm) they will return your call that day. they did not return my call. i had to find out from a friend that the first period with the iud is usually pretty bad BECAUSE I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THIS. i am fed up i do not feel cared for, i feel like nothing but a cash cow for them.

I just graduated from Dr. Singh's office today and I couldn't leave without leaving them a more than well deserved 5 star review. I have been going to Dr. Singh for over a year and she has been with us along all of our fertility journey. From not getting pregnant naturally, to failed IUI's, to 1 failed transfer. I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Wohoo! Katherine and Margaret (her staff/front office) are amazing! They are so kind, caring, responsive, and just make going to the doctor's office a breeze. Office visits are always fast and efficient, with minimal wait time. The office has great parking and it is is always clean and organized. They are also so great at working directly with your insurance to get pre-authorizations for procedures or medication as needed. They honestly make working with insurance seem so easy (when we all know it's not!). Lastly, Dr. Singh is amazing at her job, she takes her time with you, answers any questions, and explains future steps so you know exactly what is happening when and where. I cried before I left her office today, because I really wish they could continue our care. Bitter sweet moment graduating from her office, but if you are looking for an amazing Dr., staff, and office to walk your fertility journey with you. I HIGHLY recommend Lifestart Fertility Center. Worst experience I’ve had with with any provider. I’ve only had one appointment with Dr. Singh. Immediately following that appointment I was forced to deal with her desk clerks who are very inexperienced and not accommodating at all. She tried to set an appointment for me to come in to do labs when I already had the lab results necessary for me to continue to the next steps. Seemed as if they are only out to get money from patients. Shortly after, I requested that they post my labs to the portal. She stated she was the only one working and did not have time to post. Would not recommend and not returning.

Dr. Singh is incredible. Her staff is fantastic, office is amazing, and the individual attention each patient receives is second to none. Dr. Singh is very patient and answers all of your questions and those you haven't thought of. I am very picky (high maintenance) about my medical care and office environment, but there are absolutely no flaws in this office. Navigating fertility should be handled with utmost care, caution and trust, and Dr. Singh and her fabulous staff knock it out of the park every single time I see them.
