After countless doctors dismissing me, Dr. Jason was there with a listening ear. He always made me feel heard and never gave up on me. He monitored my very difficult case weekly. Answered every email at any hour of the night. Every treatment, every surgery, every procedure, and every protocol was done with care and with thought that was based on my specific diagnosis. I finally graduated today and it was the most bittersweet day. I will miss the team so much!! Can’t wait to go back for Baby #2!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kofinas Fertility Group due to their unethical billing practices and lack of transparency. Patients are frequently misled about insurance coverage, being told the practice is in-network when, in reality, they are billed as out-of-network. Instead of verifying coverage properly, they tell patients what they want to hear and proceed with their own agenda. One of the most concerning issues is their billing approach—charging patients their entire deductible upfront before submitting claims to insurance. Even when insurance covers procedures, patients are still charged separate surgery and facility fees. Additionally, incorrect billing codes are submitted, and doctors who never saw the patient are listed under claims to exploit out-of-network benefits. Medical records from doctors who never provided care are even used to justify false claims. Beyond the billing issues, the work environment is highly unprofessional, with staff lacking proper training and accountability. Instead of resolving issues, employees shift blame onto others, creating confusion and frustration for patients seeking care. Patients deserve honesty, proper billing, and ethical medical practices—unfortunately, that is not the standard at Kofinas Fertility Group. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and thoroughly verify all billing and insurance details before seeking treatment here.

Excellent Team! My partner and I are forever grateful for the amazing experience with Dr. Jason Kofinas and his team. I had been undergoing IVF with another clinic and after one miscarriage, a failed second implantation, and a subsequent endometriosis diagnosis, I was recommended to Dr. Jason Kofinas. From the moment we had our first consultation to currently where I am at 25 weeks pregnant, Dr. Kofinas and his team made me feel like I was one of one. Key factors that stuck out for me and why I highly recommend this practice: (1) Dr. Kofinas is extremely knowledgeable and was confident about the approach he wanted to take with my case. He was thorough in his approach to ensuring my body was ready and made me feel comfortable through every step of the way. I felt like every step of the journey was well thought out. (2) He was open to receiving embryos from another clinic which was a sigh of relief for us as we didn't have to start the process from the very beginning. (3) Different from the other clinic that was a team of doctors, while the Kofinas Group is also a team of doctors, I was really seeing Dr. Jason Kofinas for all of my checkups, followups, etc. The IVF journey is hard enough and while i respect the efficiency of other clinics, i really felt like being seen by my primary doctor every step of the way really made a difference in my mental state. (4) His team was incredibly courteous, made me feel understood, and very accessible. The PA is absolutely incredible. My biopsies were painless. The surgical staff treated me so kindly during pre-op, post-op. I really liked reviewing my protocols with the nurses right after seeing Dr. Jason Kofinas (and the subsequent emails I would receive). I also loved that no question was off limits. (5) The facilities were state of the art, spotless, and oddly calming. The fertility journey is full of ups and downs and selecting the right doctor is such a huge part of the journey. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Kofinas and team who made this journey smoother for us.
