I first visited Kindbody in Nov ‘22. Since then, they helped me get pregnant with my first child and bank embryos for any future use. The office staff are friendly and attentive. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel well supported throughout the 2 1/2 year journey. Only gripe is that it can be difficult to get someone on the phone directly, so most communication has to go though a message portal first. But they are quick to reply.

Had a lovely introduction to Kindbody today. Parking was easy and the facilities are nice, but what stood out was the kindness of each provider. My sonographer was extremely gentle and gave me options to be more comfortable with my internal ultrasound, and my doctor was thorough and gave us plenty of time to understand all of the information and ask any questions. I feel much more at ease starting my fertility journey after this first appointment.

I went to Kindbody for services between June 2024 and February 2025. While my medical journey was unsuccessful, I received wonderful care from the nurses and Dr. K. HOWEVER, the billing and insurance departments are the worst I have ever experienced. At this time, I have a large credit on my account for funds that are owed to me. I had to prepay for half of an IVF procedure, no problem, this is pretty standard. However, I never got the procedure. Naturally, I expected to be refunded. I called the 1800 number (there is NO direct line to the billing department and the customer service rep of course don’t have the information) and used their message portal for weeks, and even after getting into contact with someone (Lisa), they were largely unhelpful and unable to answer basic questions. I was then put into contact with another person (Heather) who was more knowledgeable, but still unhelpful in resolving the issue and providing me updates. My insurance had been mailing checks to Kindbody to cover my services starting in July, but somehow someway Kindbody “never received them”. Similarly, they weren’t even keeping track of the checks that they were receiving. Even after providing multiple documents from my insurance detailing how the checks had been sent, Kindbody has refused to issue a refund. I have to reach out to them every other day to try to get update, and those messages are largely unanswered. While any amount withheld is unacceptable, refusing to refund $8,000 due to their own incompetence is CRAZY. Infertility is hard enough without drama with insurance and billing. This has been horrible.

The way my husband and I were treated was amazing. Even having my mom there the first week, they made all of us feel so comfortable! And their communication is spot on. We love everything about Kindbody. The women I got to meet in the office and the medical staff was terrific and supportive. They knew how to keep this trying to be momma at ease throughout the whole process!
