Reviews
The best doctors and staff around! I am always greeted by a friendly face, everyone is helpful and caring.
Thank God we have a Urologist and surgeon here in our state like Dr John Duffy. Dr Duffy saved my life recently while in the ICU at DCH . If Dr Duffy had not come into the ICU during the night, I would not have survived. He is a very kind and knowledgeable professional and I feel blessed to know him
The surgery is fine but anything after you have to deal with a messaging app that takes forever you canât get a real person unless you go through the option to make an appointment I forgot to get a release to go back to work and thatâs where the shot show began
Decent staff and procedure was fine done well. I always make it a point to factor in how a doctors office values their patients time and while none are âgoodâ, this one was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours (total) for my 2 minute appointment and was walking out when the doctor came in with snarky excuses about walk-ins and how âbookedâ they were. Nope. If your schedulers canât process the appointments and walk-ins with efficiency and priority then they should reduce the number of scheduled appointments. I understand sometimes you canât anticipate walk-ins but variations of this has happened on all my visits here. Point is that if you canât consistently handle the patient flow then either reduce the patients or increase the doctors because that is a part of having a respect for the patients time. This is by no means unique to this doctors office since we all for some reason accept it, but thereâs no reason a 2 minute checkup should require a patient dedicate 2 (or more) hours of their day. You might make a little less profit but youâll get it back with happy customer referrals. What other professions would this be acceptable in? Makes you feel like a piece of plastic on an assembly line. Unfortunately I donât have an alternative practice to recommend since this is a hallmark of doctors apparently. Just donât be surprised to spend MUCH more time here than you think is reasonable.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The complete lack and difficulty of communicating with this office is horrible. You have to leave a message or send one on the Klara app. And then you may or may not hear from them. If you do it could be the next day. My mother in law suffers from constant UTIâs, is on a preventative medication, was hospitalized once in October, had another UTI in November and one on Thursday, December 4th. I called that morning and left a message at the request of her GP. They did not call back until almost 4:30pm. They left a message they couldnât see her on Friday but they so graciously called in an antibiotic SHE IS ALLERGIC TO! We tried to reach out to get the correct antibiotic called in but never heard back from them. Monday comes and she is in excruciating pain. The office calls and tells me her NP is out but they have reached out to her. Hoping we would get the correct antibiotic called in but that never happened. She ended up in the ER that night. UTIâs are nothing to play with and should most definitely NEVER go days without treatment. Had it not been for her GP she never would have even had a urine test done. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE for any reason whatsoever.
