I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at KFI for helping us turn our dreams into reality! Thanks to Dr. Hunter, my husband and I were able to conceive our two precious daughters in our forties. We deeply appreciate Dr. Hunter’s honesty and his thoughtful approach throughout the process. His staff made us feel not only welcome but truly cared for, and for that, we are so thankful. We recently welcome our second baby girl and couldn’t be happier! A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hunter, Yllena, Carol, Kathy, and everyone at KFI. The journey wasn’t always easy, but knowing we were in such capable hands gave us the strength to keep going!

My husband and I went to KFI for a second opinion- it’s undoubtedly one of the best decisions we’ve made. Dr. Hunter, Yelena, and Bianca are all wonderful- it is so clear they are passionate about what they do and I appreciate the team based approach in our care! Dr. Hunter talked through evidence based recommendations with us patiently and was open to any and all of our questions! Nicole was so thorough in helping us prepare and answering all of our calls/questions. Kathy and every member of their staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Very thankful for their care.

Professionalism encompasses many aspects to include conduct and qualities. My experience with this clinics professionalism and some of the professionals who work there has been deeply hurtful oftentimes severely lacking in empathy, compassion and accountability. Though I did achieve the dream of becoming a parent, I would caution those considering using this clinic to lower their expectations when it comes to how you will be treated along the way. All are not treated as equals. I remind myself sometimes we have to struggle and suffer for our greatest blessings. Please know KFI contributed to my struggle and suffering.

Yes, I removed my first review. Dr Hunter called me back and miscommunication were human and Dr Hunter took the steps to call me and I feel it's right to make the steps to leave the review the call went very well and the explanation was great this time. I do honestly appreciate Dr Hunter calling because not every Dr or office would try to make it right. So means a lot to have this happen.

Cannot say more about our experience here. The staff were so welcoming and warm. We felt supported from start to finish. This process is grueling and having people around you who you know are really on your side I genuinely believe makes a difference in the success. They took the stress of all the logistics out of my hands so I could focus on the real reason I was there. However, the kindness of the staff was just a bonus to the professionalism. I never doubted this team’s ability. From the front desk staff to the embryologist they are all the top tier. Dr. Hunter was wonderful-a straight shooter which I appreciated but also sensitive during difficult times. I was so glad to find a team in Louisville. We are now pregnant with our first at 37 and I am eternally grateful for these amazing human minds!
