Thanks to Dr Pushckek my procedure went smooth and successful, and especially thank you, Victoria, who helped me a lot to deal with my insurance. If not her help, I wouldn't be able to have this procedure done. So Thank you so much!

Dr Klipstein is a phenomenal doctor who is patient and kind. She has many ideas and tricks up her sleeves to hopefully achieve success. In addition, her sense of humor is very effective at calming nerves and hormones. I would also highly recommend Dr Puscheck. She is easy to talk to and extremely optimistic. Things can sometimes be disorganized during the fertility process with InVia Fertility, but when you draw things to their attention they are quick to respond and remedy things. Be sure to pay attention to appointment or insurance/billing details, to make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner and to reduce last minute stress. Don't hesitate to ask questions, they are happy to guide you and are very knowledgeable. Hoffman Estates has been my main location for procedures being done by the doctor. For routine ultrasounds and blood work though, they have other possibly more convenient locations to choose from: Arlington Heights, Northbrook & Crystal Lake. There is also one in Chicago & Rockford. It is best to reach out to the nurses with any medical & procedure specific questions via portal messages. They are incredibly responsive when you write instead of call them. In these busy times, we all know a phone call can be more time consuming & tougher to return over something like a text message. The doctors are understandably best to speak with in person, during specific consultation appointments or phone calls from them. They have started using Cloud Rx who will contact pharmacies for you, in order to get your drugs ordered and delivered quickly. After dealing with call centers previously, this is such a relief. It is wonderful that InVia cared to make this a better experience for their patients. Their main website also has helpful videos about how to take all your drugs safely & properly. In such an unhappy and high pressure environment, the staff does their absolute best to help people bring happiness back into their lives. I have encountered people across the board (doctors, ultrasound technicians, nurses, front desk secretaries, phlebotomists) who have felt like a warm hug during the emotionally painful process of getting fertility help. The staff here is eager to return a laugh or smile, any time you are feeling up to it!

Dr. Karande and his staff were so great! They answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I would say if you do have a question messaging in the portal will be much faster then calling the office. Although, you may really only see Dr. Karande for your first visit, your retrieval, and your close out visit after you have become pregnant. His staff is very good at forwarding messages to Dr. Karande for more in depth answers if need be. We will definitely be coming back for our next visit in a few years if need be. Thank you to everyone at InVia fertility! Can’t wait to send you guys pictures of our sweet baby when he finally arrives next year!
