7/2/2024 The environment at this fertility center is clean and the atmosphere is warm. The staffs always remind you when to take your medication and how to administer injections. Also, they provide videos to help to make the process easier for you. They also regularly remind you of follow-up appointments. Dr. Moussa is very professional, and if you don't understand any medical terms in English, the staffs will provide translations and explanations. I am undergoing IVF here, and today is my embryo transfer. I hope it will be successful on the first try. 8/20/2024 Update: It’s been about a month and a half since the embryo transfer, and the clinic is still closely monitoring the progress with regular blood tests and ultrasounds. Everything seems to be going well so far, and both my husband and I are very happy. Hannah, the coordinator has been incredibly gentle and has continuously encouraged me when I felt unwell. I believe that a gentle attitude is so important during such a difficult time. I am truly thankful to have chosen AFMC. 10/30/2024 Update: Tomorrow, my baby will be five months along. I hope the journey ahead and the delivery go smoothly. Thank you again to the doctor and all the staff.

There is no words to describe my journey with AFMC, so professional, caring they have great attitude specially Dr Moussa she's an angel, she's so kind, knowledgeable, caring and she was fallowing up every stage carefully the reasone i was so comfortable. Highly recommended.

This facility is very good and nice. My sister came here to do her IVF process, they have very friendly staff and doctors. The facility is very clean and nice. It is always a pleasure coming here with my sister to go through the IVF experience with her at this facility. The front office staff is nice and can take care my process smoothly.

Reading these other reviews makes me sad. I wish that my Wife and I felt the same way. The staff were all pretty likable, except for Eli the guy that deals with finances. He comes off abrasive and rude. Even made my wife cry. Dealing with women who are going through IVF, you would expect a certain amount of care and empathy. This guy is out of place. On the process itself, I felt we were blindsided with extra charges at every turn. They never prepared us for anything. We paid $5000 to have genetic testing on the embryos. But nobody from the clinic ever sat us down and went over what the results meant. On the day of our 2nd and last transfer, just minutes before the procedure, that is the moment they wanted to finally discuss the results in which they were discouraging us from implanting two embryos. Which made me get upset and made my wife cry. Just minutes before, putting emotional stress on my wife and probably impacting our chances negatively. After we did the pregnancy test 9 days later, I got a call from the girl, who said sorry it didn’t work. And that was the last we heard from them. Never checked on my wife one time. We gave them our life savings, we spent just about $28,000 and have nothing left. Not sure if we will ever get another try. I just kick myself every day, thinking I could have done more research, so I could have picked a better place. Maybe we would have not gotten pregnant at any place, but we could have felt like we got the best treatment and that we didn’t just throw away all our money and hopes. I would not recommend this clinic.

This clinic is truly topnotch for assistance with any couple having troubles with infertility. From the first consultation, til the "graduating" day, they are very hands-on and beyond. The consultation was very informative about the whole IVF process and what to expect. From a possible timeline, to giving estimated success rates was all very well explained. My wife and I had spoke with another clinic prior to contacting AFMC and didnt think twice with which clinic to go with after the initial consultation. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. After meeting with the doctor and having my wife's initial check-up, the doctor explained the whole process and gave many recommendations in assisting with our IVF journey. Dr. Moussa gave a thorough assessment with my wife and I and our situation. After that, we spoke with Lisa that explained, costs, schedules, and what to expect throughout. She is also the first person that greets you at every visit and always has a positive attitude and friendly aura. After this we decided to go ahead and commit to AFMC with my wife's IVF journey. We then did meet Kathy which was my wife's medical assistant throughout the IVF timeline. She was very helpful with instructions on medications, and appointment scheduling and keeping us informed of our necessary steps. Another medical assistant Rose was also assisting us from time to time with any questions or assistance we needed while we were at the clinic. The team there is very helpful and accomodating, from having another team member Eli, personally bring us extra medication my wife needed that very evening, to having an appointment on a Sunday to accommodate my wife's timeline needs. Hannah was also a great help towards the end of our IVF journey that helped with meds schedules and appointments. The doctor, Dr. Moussa herself was very professional and very well educated towards infertility and showcases a great practice towards the matter. She definitely made us feel comfortable and at ease towards a somewhat nerve racking situation and very caring towards my wife and the journey specially towards the egg retreival. And a bit of a comedian 👌. Maybe the only thing I'd add or would have liked to see is an estimate for medication cost which is of course seperate from the office visits and medical operation. But For the most part, overall - the staff, and the clinic itself is a well ran operation with a professional and accomodating team. My wife has just graduated from their IVF process and is about at about 10 months. Very happy Dr. Moussa and the AFMC staff was able to help us get this far. Would 100% recommend AFMC for anyone or any couple needing assistance towards infertility.
