About Neil Chappell, MD

Dr. Neil Chappell is a reproductive endocrinologist and fertility specialist serving patients in Baton Rouge and Lafayette. A Louisiana native, he earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at UAB and Women’s and Infants’ Hospital, and completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Baylor College of Medicine.

His clinical work includes infertility care, recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fertility preservation, fibroids, uterine anomalies, endometriosis, assisted reproduction, and embryology.
