I had previously went to another clinic before coming to HART. I felt like I was just a number at the other clinic, it was always different techs I had to deal with. HART fertility dr Roach does all tests herself, she takes time to answer all questions you may have, even calls you herself at times with instructions. I was blessed to be able to get pregnant on the first embryo transfer. If god wiling will be back for the rest of my little embryos. Hands down best clinic in Houston area!!

Honestly don’t go here unless you absolutely have to. My husband and i called weeks in advanced and told them we just wanted to get my fertility checked to see if anything was causing issues. They said “no worries! The Dr can do that”. Dr Roach was incredibly rude didn’t shake our hand and introduce herself when she saw us, just sat us down and basically told us “why aren’t you trying, why are you here” and when i kept saying “I’d like to get my fertility checked” she kept raising her eyebrows basically shaming us into “well you haven’t tried so i can’t help”. We were referred by my primary for this exact reason so we were super confused. Then when everything was done they said “we’ll setup a call for her to go over your blood test”. We left and not even 4 hours later i get a text message from “hart fertility portal” saying they messed up my ultrasound and i have to go back in….mind you i had to take off work to be here and my experience was really upsetting. No one called to say “sorry we messed up can you come back in” they never called. The only call we got was to “pay us $100 for your results” WHAT?!? Don’t go here it’s 10000% a scam and a waste of your time. They don’t care about you they just want your money.

We had been trying and to get prego for a while until we met the wonderful staff and team here at this clinic everyone is absolutely genuine and wants nothing but the best for you they care for you like no other and with GOD’S Hand over this entire process if you just keep the faith and believe anything is possible Peaches, Alicia, and jenna, made sure we were taken care of kept us up to date with everything and uploaded everything step by step to the portal appointment by appointment very professional and kind. I want to especially thank Dr. Kovanci god bless you, a caring doctor that is very rare at each appointment making sure that there is progression letting you know what your body may be lacking to stay on whatever vitamins is needed to always be taking. Thank you guys soo much now 8 weeks pregnant and everything is great! May God Bless you All!!

The Hart fertility clinic made the impossible possible!! The biggest thank you to Dr Kovanci, Nurse Janna, and all the sweet staff at Hart fertility clinic! The staff were always so helpful and answered all our questions! I HATE needles I hate giving blood and Ashley always made me feel comfortable taking my blood! I loved the patient portal and all the information about my blood work or ultrasounds uploaded so I can have it right at my finger tips! A huge huge huge Thank you to Janna, she always made me feel like everything would work out and be okay and she answered my scared questions late at night! I have so much love in my heart for her! She will forever be apart of our lives! For those of you JUST starting the IVF journey, this will be an out of pocket experience. You will spend a lot of money. But the people you give your money to are so important. This is a VERY expensive process but worth every penny! If it wasn’t for this amazing Clinic and all the Doctors, nurses and staff we would not have our baby boy.
