I feel very disappointed. Since I started the ovulation induction cycle, my androstenol has been declining. Instead, the doctor did not recommend stopping the ovulation induction program or changing the ovulation induction program, but continued the ovulation induction program according to the order. Only one egg was obtained on the egg retrieval day. This is unreasonable behavior. There was no doctor's advice every time. The fee is still more expensive than other clinics.

Excellent staff! Stephanie and Jessica were so kind and understanding. When you are so stressed this is exactly who you want greeting you and helping you through this process! Also, very informative, all my questions asked without worries. Dr. Thornton was made for this - he is such a blessing to medicine and to couples on this journey! He is a teddy bear! So much information was provided and we weren’t overwhelmed at all. He made this whole so much easier and we are so thankful and grateful.

I feel so blessed that I met and became a patient of Doctor Thorton. As I count my blessings this year, I can’t hold back but be thankful for finding him and his practice. I was late for my very first appointment and I felt the appointment would be over even before I understood anything. But Doctor Thorton was so gracious, kind, and understanding, he took his time to explain things to me, and answered all my questions. I couldn’t help but wonder if he was the actual Doctor or an assistant. Our follow up appointments have been nothing short of pleasant, my partner and I I agreed that God has guided us to the right practice. Chatting with other patients at the waiting area, our impression and experiences with Doctor Thorton is very similar. He is very humane, compassionate, empathetic, understanding , and everything else that you would want your doctor to be. Stephanie was so helpful the first day I arrived at the clinic with my appointment being messed up. She was so professional and handled the situation in a kind manner. Her and Jessica have continued to be very warm and welcoming at every visit. They represent the front so well. All the clinical staff are refreshing to be around. The energy of the entire clinic feels just right. I recommend this practice to anyone looking. You would be in the care of a man who along with his team gives his patients, the best of care. And hopefully I can come back someday for another review.

Super lovely staff. Very attentive. No long wait time, seen in a timely fashion. Dr Thornton is very pleasant and knowledgeable about his specialty. Doesn’t only look at your problem, but also your partner’s to figure out the best course of treatment. Super satisfied, totally recommended 100%.

First time here and couldn’t have been happier and felt more comfortable! What an awesome team here! Walking through the door, Stephanie was so welcoming and patient when I was locating my insurance information. Michelle, the radiologist, was super informative and kind when explaining my ultrasound to me and answering any questions I had. Destiny took my blood, thoughtfully, carefully and quickly. Dr. Thornton, I mean come on! Truly the best— he was extremely thorough and listened to all of my concerns— nothing was overlooked. He also was extremely personable!
