Reviews

The preliminaries (B.P., history, medications) were handled pleasantly and efficiently by an assistant. Dr. Ghosh then did her thorough examination of the status/progress of my Parkinson's in light of the request for an MRI from my cardiologist. Based in her examine, analyzed the information and related significant symptoms to P.D., and concluded the carotid artery and brain needed to be scanned before the MRI, and scheduled them at GWU. During a quick follow-up cardiologist visit, he said hers was a wise decision with which he thoroughly agreed. It was Dr. Ghosh's wise recommendation will be the next step.

Dr Rosner was unable to see me due to an unexpected surgery. Although it is understandable, it is disappointing. I wait a year to see him, had to take an Uber since my bus didn't come, waited an hour, and didn't get to see him. His patient assistant was helpful and he did send a note on MyChart, but it's not the same. I would have preferred hearing him review the X-rays he ordered. Thanks for asking. This is my reaction. In general, he is terrific and a credit to MFA, but this was a disappointment.

One of the most considerate and patient friendly experiences at the Bethesda location. Seen right at my appointment time even though there was a short staff that day. The entire staff - receptionists, medical assistants and cardiologist were gracious and focused on my care. The physician spent the entire appointment engaged with me, actively listening and including me on options off next steps. I hope others are able to experience this type of care.

Making appointment was super easy. The check in process was streamlined and waiting time was minimal. The medical assistant who brought me to the room was friendly and explained things well. Both Ms. Farlow and the NP student working with her were very thorough and professional.

Dr. Marcus is the best physician I've ever had. Why? Because she listens. She is straightforward with me when I need it. She is also a person with great empathy. She is very prompt with her communications. I can tell her student doctors have tremendous respect for her. She is the only doctor I've ever had who is brave enough to tell me the honest truth without beating around the bush. Thank you.
