Dr. Emanuela Molinari, PhD, ELD, HCLD

Dr. Emanuela Molinari is an internationally trained embryologist and Laboratory Director at NYC IVF with more than 20 years of experience in assisted reproductive technologies. She oversees laboratory quality, safety, and clinical outcomes, with expertise in embryology, oocyte quality, embryo development, fertility preservation, reproductive genetics, and IVF laboratory operations.

She earned graduate degrees at the University of Turin, including a PhD in Clinical Sciences, and completed postdoctoral research at Yale University. Her previous leadership experience includes roles at CCRM New York, the Center for Human Reproduction in New York, and New England Fertility Institute. She is also the founder of Eggstraordinary Embryo and serves as Vice President of the Society of Reproductive Biologists and Technologists for 2025–2026.
