It’s hard for me to write this, as I’m happy the clinic got me pregnant , however the BILLING and the communication is nonexistent. I received a bill for $8900, and I have insurance. It only includes creating an embryo and transfer. The online program is less according to the website . It’s a very interesting concept if you have insurance that you pay more!!! I work in the pharmaceutical industry and have great coverage. I work daily on getting my own medicine approved and assisting offices on PA issues and coverage, I know that insurance companies always have something that’s not covered, but to receive a bill is appalling. 1. Prior to the embro transfer they didn’t give me an estimate on what insurance would not cover. They actually submitted it to my insurance about 5 days prior to a transfer. Insurance denied asked for documentation, they failed to provide so IVF can be covered. 2. I cannot get ahold of anyone in billing, but when they wanted a payment they hound you. 3. I copied the nurse since that’s the only contact who responds, but unfortunately she has nothing to do with prior authorizations or the billing department. 4. Finally, please look at reviews, I’ve seen this as a complaint from many. 5. I’m now filing an appeal with my insurance to get it corrected . This is not what patients should do, this is why staff is trained, paid and hired. 6. No one who’s pregnant or trying should have additional stress due to the incompetence of the staff! Ladies you need to advocate for yourself and get a cost. As much as you want a child save yourself the headaches.

Me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Winslow for a few months now and we can now say that we have a positive pregnancy test and are expecting a baby. We did the insemination two weeks ago and tested on a date that we were supposed to and it came back pregnant thank you FIRM!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Winslow and all of his staff from Patty, Pam, Shawna and everyone else at his office. They are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and run a great clinic. Never had to wait for my appointment, I was always in and out and never left with a question unanswered. If you ever need anything the nurses are available all the time and will call you right back. I am so happy that we found them!!!!

This is my second review for the FIRM, for Dr. Kevin Winslow, ARNP Linda Fricke, and all nurses/staff at the clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend them for fertility treatments and concerns. A couple years ago I would not have believed you if you told me that we would have the incredible children that we have...but thanks to FIRM we do! (I gave birth to our second FIRM baby a few weeks ago.) From the start I've experienced high quality care and kindness/understanding from the individuals who work here. I will always keep a special place in my heart for those at the Tallahassee office. Thank you thank you thank you for helping make our dreams come true!

I can’t say enough good things about FIRM. Everyone there, specifically Dr. Sundaram, Patty, and Victoria thank you so so much for everything. IVF was so scary and daunting to me before starting at FIRM. I always felt comfortable calling if I had questions and I was always treated with kindness and patience at every appointment. As something with major anxiety at dr appointments and blood draws they really accommodated me. My husband and I never felt like “just a number” and we felt prepared in what to expect from step to step. It’s a hard process but where you choose to go really matters and I think FIRM is the best.
