I saw Jill,APRN, for menopause and related symptoms. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and personable Jill was! She took so much time with me and it was such a great experience. As a nurse of 30 years, I am stubborn and put myself last. This visit and experience was exactly what I needed. The other staff were also very warm and welcoming as well.

If you're looking for a kind, understanding doctor who listens to your concerns, DO NOT come here. If you're looking for a doctor with an ego bigger than the state of Florida, this is your guy. Dr. Sanchez outright dismissed the idea that diet and lifestyle could help a "skinny" PCOS patient with fertility which is a complete lie. A quick Google search proves otherwise. Instead of exploring alternative treatments, he pushed only birth control or IVF, as if those were the only solutions. He made me feel hopeless about my fertility without even checking my ovulation. I left mid-appointment in tears, and he couldn't have been more nonchalant and chipper about moving on with his day. He had the audacity to say, "If you were my daughter, I would put you on the pill immediately." Funny enough, he told my friend the exact same thing. Let me be clear: if this were my daughter, I would never let her step foot in this office. He was dismissive, condescending, and completely uninterested in anything outside of his rigid treatment plan. If you dare to question him, good luck....he clearly prefers patients who just nod along with whatever he advises. There was a female doctor in the room during my appointment, and the way he interacted with her made me uncomfortable. Honestly, if she had been the one in charge of my care, I have no doubt my appointment would have gone differently. If you want actual hope and a doctor who considers more than just IVF or birth control, save yourself the heartache and money and go somewhere else.

My experience in this place was the best in the world. The infertility process is a long and very exhausting path, in this clinic Dr. Mark Sánchez always gave me the faith I needed to achieve my pregnancy and after finally two years today I can say that it was thanks to him that he always told me not to give up. Today I have my baby who is 5 months old. And I eternally thank everyone for giving me support. There was a girl Tamy she was the best, her patience and her treatment were the most special thing for me, although in my last dates I did not see her. But she also made my big dream possible. Don’t give up and trust the staff of this clinic who are the best at their work. Thank you Florida Fertility Institute for everything.

Dr. Sanchez, Rachel and the full team were an absolute God send. My husband and I have an extremely rare genetic carrier trait that we both share. Dr. Sanchez has never seen two individuals with this specific genetic carrier, but he was optimistic from the start with us having embryos that were not impacted by this fatal gene. Even though it was a long journey, every up and down was worth the outcome as we just brought home our IVF baby girl. We owe everything to this clinic and would go through this journey 1000 times over to have the beautiful family that we have. The entire staff shows compassion and care for their patients! Rachel was truly our rock in this process and highly recommend her as the IVF nurse coordinator! This process can seem daunting, but I promise it’s all worth it & this team walks you through every step of the way!
