The staff as well as Dr. Craig instantly made my husband and I comfortable with the process. We were trying to get pregnant for the first time and I am an older patient. We'd been unsuccessful on our own, but we worked with the staff at the facility and were able to get pregnant. The staff was so easy to work with whether it was the cheerful front desk staff or the ones working in the rooms with us and even billing questions. Everyone was friendly and so quick at communicating back to us when we had questions. I also really found the app helpful to be able to reference and communicate. We now have a healthy little almost 9 month old and we are so very thankful to the staff at FTC! 🙂

I can't even explain how wonderful this clinic is. I'm certain that no other clinic goes above and beyond like Dr. Craig and his team do. I'm always so impressed with their bedside manner and collaboration on treatment based on what is best for you. Dr. Craig spends so much time understanding the latest research which I love. So grateful to have found them!!

Thank you Dr. Craig and staff for being so wonderful. After 8 years of trying my husband and I said enough was enough and we started our journey of finding help. My husband originally was sent here for a semen analysis. The Dr who originally sent him there for the analysis said he couldn't help and refused to see him again. Thankfully FTC called my husband about his results and he told them he is no longer being seen and explained the situation. He was encouraged to make an appointment with Dr. Craig for the both of us. I feel like it was fate. I didn't have any hope after so many years I told myself this was it. If it didn't happen I would no longer try. Every step given by my IVF coordinator Amber Lee, was clear. She helped every step of the way. The surgical staff was so kind. Especially Angel, I truly never met such a kind soul she made me feel so cared for. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and caring it was unbelievable. They created an amazing plan and I made sure to follow it to the T. Started the process in February. Now I'm 9 weeks Pregnant. I'm so happy i found FTC. Forever thankful! They gave me a chance to be a mother again. I highly recommend this facility! They really take good care of their patients. Thank you.

The staff is so kind everytime I step into this office! From the front office girls to the clinical staff. They’re quick to answer calls as well as messages sent via portal. My husband and I are still on our fertility journey, and we are grateful for the many options Dr Craig has provided us. We felt that the baseline and diagnostic testing we received was thorough, as well as the follow up consultation to review our results. Dr Craig spent time with us to learn about our situation and after our initial meeting we felt confident that this was the clinic we wanted to receive services at. Also, a huge thank you to the nurses who take the time to answer all of our questions and concerns during appointments. There are clinics closer to our home, but we happily make the 45 minute drive to this clinic because of their excellent service.

Dr. Craig and his team are FABULOUS! I just had my consultation with him and I've never experienced just a streamlined process. He is very thorough, detailed, and answered all of my questions. Fabulous team that are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure we had a game plan moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his team! 10/10
