We have spent two and a half years at the fertility clinic of Hawaii. From day one, they have been nothing but kind, supportive, and efficient with communication and services. The staff are all friendly! Scheduling was simple and appointment times that I needed to fit my schedule were always available. Our IVF coordinator (Tina) was always available for questions and made us feel very comfortable with the medication process. Dr. Karmon was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the IUI and IVF process. She always made us feel comfortable for appointments and listened when we had questions or concerns. We can not thank them enough for helping our family grow. I would highly recommend The Fertility Clinic of Hawaii to all patients.

We were patients with the clinic for many months and felt supported and valued the whole time. Having the ability to have questions answered quickly and appointments scheduled quickly was amazing. The whole team becomes a family that supports you on your journey.

The whole entire staff is wonderful. Every concern, question or thought was always answered. I feel like I was always heard and my opinion or thoughts mattered. Everything was always explained in such great detail. Personalities were always great, energy was high. I always looked forward to my appointments even if the outcome wasn’t what I expected. I felt comforted when we had to postpone anything during the cycle or cancel and restart. So many kind words, and positive affirmations. I absolutely love the whole team here. My FET cycle was amazing. We did get canceled at first and had to restart but Julia and Dr. Frattarelli were really supportive and encouraging and we were able to move forward with the transfer the second time. The transfer day it self was great. All the staff I encountered were excited and happy for my husband and I. The atmosphere was just amazing. The embryologist was amazing we got to take lots of pictures and a video of the actual procedure. I would 10/10 would recommend to any and anyone seeking help with infertility.

I truly would love to thank Dr. Goulet and her team. With their patience and kindness. Answering all my questions and concerns. I was blessed to finally have my second baby. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is in Hawaii.

FIH has been a pleasure to work with. My IVF Coordinator is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, quick to respond, and always on top of things. She has done her best to make me feel comfortable and guide me as I begin my IVF journey. Unfortunately, I don’t have a success story to share (yet), but I’m sure my results are not due to the clinic’s competence. There are some variables that are out of their control. My doctor has been amazing though. I could not have asked for better patient care. She has taken the time to show up for every one of my appointments, to answer all of my questions, to personally call me, and to adjust my protocol as needed. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. I trust her 1,000% and I know that if *anyone* can help me add a baby to my family in the future, it will be her! 🙂 A big thank you to the front desk staff for always being so warm, welcoming & accommodating too. No one in this office is ever rude. They’ve all been so sweet to me from the beginning. Fertility struggles can be emotional, and sometimes it’s hard to contain those emotions - so I really appreciate the way they try to put you at ease.
