setting up an appointment is a total pain. Im an employee with facility and set up appt for my wife and i to talk about IVF as it is advantageous with the insurance. i called a month later to make sure of time of appt. i was told there was no appt as they dont take male patients. im pretty sure IVF takes both of us but the secretary did nothing but argue with me because im a male. i checked with my other male co worker who is in same situation and they canceled their appt as well because it was under a males name.

Terrible! Do not go here. I should have read reviews. Besides the fact that it can take a long time to get appointments or even get responses (it took 3 weeks for example to get a message back about a basic question) you'll also end up doing visits with their residents in each visit. Save your precious reproductive time and the money you'll need to support that and go somewhere else.

Very bad experience. They forgot to tell me to inject, as a result, egg released automatically in advance.No eggs eventually. The doctor said nothing. Not responsible to patients.

We had a great experience with Dr Bulkumez, Erin PA and the staff. They were always prompt in responding to any questions and concerns via my chart and calls. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and they set us up with an OB after we got pregnant. we have our beautiful baby girl thanks to them!!! We will forever be grateful for all they did for us and our family.

I had a bad experience with the facility. I had been scheduled to see one of the fertility specialist in June, on last week I was contacted by a staff member who was very inconsiderate..She sounded as if she was shocked that someone over forty would be interested in trying to have a baby. I was then told that my appointment was canceled because the doctor would be out of town and there was a cut off age. I have met women over 50 who are pregnant or just given birth. This facility states that it has years of experience yet I was not treated unfairly. If there is a cut off time fine you are losing business. There are women in their 20s and 30s who are unable to have children and women who are 40 plus who can. At this facility women over 40 are discriminated against due to age. It is not up to the staff to tell anyone when she can have a child. I would like to speak with an office manager.
