Appointment was canceled with no explanation, and no one offered to reschedule. Experienced the same disorganization as other reviewers. Save yourself the hassle.

I don’t leave reviews often, but had a really bad experience with this location and don’t want other women to go through this. The office failed to call me when the doctor said they would, so I had to call to set up follow up appointments. When I arrived, they claimed to have lost my appointment, then they weren’t able to complete the testing that I needed, and they had me waiting for 1+ hour before anyone told me that I wouldn’t be able to receive the testing I need. They were also very overbooked. Some staff members were kind but unfortunately others were really unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable. I wish I read the other negative reviews prior to trying to visit this location and would never come back.

I had a good experience with Diamond Institute , I saw Dr O and Yemini and both are super experienced, and the nurses were really nice as well. I had chosen pGT testing done, and my two only transfers were successful, I just delivered my second baby. They have a Goshen, NY satellite office were you go there for blood work or ultrasounds if that’s close you.

I initially sought out Dr. O for culturally sensitive care. I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated by URA. Throughout this process, the negligence of the staff and doctors has cost me both critical time and money. I first had to pause my IVF treatment in January because the clinic neglected to inform me of my lack of immunity to chickenpox, even though they had the results of that test since last spring. This meant that I lost 2 entire months while getting the chickenpox vaccine, during which time I should have already completed an FET. On January 15th, I requested for my embryos to receive PGT-A testing. I called multiple times and sent 5 emails in February to follow up, even reminding the nurses and Dr. O that I needed the tests completed by March while they were still covered by my insurance. It is now March 4th, and the samples still haven't been sent for testing! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable when dealing with IVF, a process that is already time-sensitive and emotionally taxing. Once the PGT-A testing is completed, I will no longer be a patient at URA. Update: I am sure by now it's no surprise but none of the 3 embryos under URAs care made it through the de-thawing process. No explanation given for how they could have messed up this badly

Dr. O is amazing, She explains everything regarding her recommendations for treatment. Nurse Tammy is great as well, but other staff is horrible. Since I work for a lab my blood should be sent there, if it can’t it should have been explained beforehand and I should have been given a my human right to choose to continue with the cycle or decline based on potential lab charge. All my lab work is free because I work for a lab.
