Update: Since Dr. Chuong explained the thought process behind the things I found odd, I raised my rating. Most of the doctors I see request my license and insurance information at the time of the actual appointment. I usually provide the basic details over the phone so they can verify my insurance before the appointment. The only time I have ever had to text my insurance card was to a dental office and that was after I made the appointment. It's okay for staff to say their names when answering the phone but at least say the name of the business as well to avoid confusion. Previous: I picked this office because it is on my insurance's preferred list. I called and whoever answers the phone stated her name and not the office's name. First red flag. She proceeded to ask me what I needed, I told her. She then told me that I would have to text copies of my license and insurance card to the number I called before I could make an appointment. Mind you, she never asked for my name or any other information before asking for my identification and insurance information. Second red flag. I have never in my life called a doctor's office and was told to text my license and insurance card to them before or even after making an appointment. I doubled checked the number I dialed and it was correct. Just weird.

Disgusted and appalled at the lack of care for patients at this office. Was going to use this clinic for outside monitoring. Confirmed appointment with clinic several times. Showed up and NO PHYSICIAN WAS AVAILABLE TO DO LABS OR TESTING. Only their medical director who decided between Friday and Monday to go out of town can apparently run labs. however there was a physician there whose only response was “I’m a physician and you won’t speak to me in a loud tone” but could not have labs ordered. I will file a complaint with the medical board. This was completely unacceptable. In the field of IVF timing is everything. This was unethical behavior by all physicians involved.

Dr. Chuong is very warm and makes you feel you’re in safe hands. We had a complicated start in pregnancy and his expertise saved us. He is God sent for us. He thoroughly diagnosed and monitored my wife’s health closely through weekly checkups. His team is super friendly, efficient and assists with everything. We are very thankful to Dr. Chuong and his staff for being so attentive and for having helped us throughout. We would highly recommend him.
