Please train your employees better. People who are going to your clinic are probably struggling with fertility. We received a call from you with returning payment for the sperm analysis we did because no sperm was detected to freeze. We received your call before we even were told there wasn’t any sperm in the sample. Infertility is an extremely emotional experience , so if you could please be more conscious of our feelings and make sure your clients are aware of the results before calling for returning of payment. And an “I’m sorry” also goes a long way.
