I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Columbia and Dr Iris Insogna. The clinic was extremely professional and responsive whenever I needed them or had questions. And Dr Insogna was nothing short of fantastic....Knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, responsive...I truly could not have asked for better. We had a successful embryo transfer and a great experience across the board with Columbia, leading up to the transfer and subsequent. This is a first-rate clinic, and I feel very fortunate that I was able to have my embryo transfer in their very capable hands. Thank you so much, Dr Insogna and Columbia!

I had a phenomenal experience at Columbia Fertility. I saw Dr. Turocy and she and her care team (Sakari, Claire, Fred, and Marianne-Grace) were all thoughtful, intelligent, and responsive. All instructions and information (both medical and financial) were clearly communicated. Everyone I encountered at Columbia Fertility for monitoring and procedures was kind and skilled. They go out of their way to ensure patients are comfortable and heard. Truly the best doctor's office experience I've ever had.

I cannot recommend this center highly enough. My wife and I went to a different clinic with a plan of what we wanted to do and left them feeling totally awful (they ignored some of our medical wishes, did things to rile up my BP even though I told them I'm scared of doctors, gave us info and then made us wait over a month to learn what it meant, and then focused more on weight than on actual medical issues). Coming to Colombia was the complete opposite! Dr. Jenna Turocy was honest and direct but kind which made it very easy to trust her. She was always clear about the odds and the medicine but also willing to try things if we were. The staff was warm and caring, to the point that most of them greeted us by name when we'd come in. Sometimes it would be super busy and we'd have to wait, but mostly we'd be in and out with little problem. They took time to answer our questions and encouraged us through the process. Thanks to them, our long shot chances ended up in a pregnancy. I would recommend them (and especially Dr. Turocy) to anyone seeking fertility help!

Ashley Wiltshire and the whole team at Columbia is the best medical team I have ever worked with! They made me feel beyond safe and taken care of every time I stepped into that office (which was very often). They changed our lives and we will forever be grateful to them for helping us conceive our first baby boy 💛

My egg freezing experience at Columbia Fertility with Dr. Wiltshire was great! She’s incredibly smart and caring—she really went out of her way to help me feel comfortable and at ease through every step, especially when I was nervous about the retrieval. Dr. Wiltshire completed multiple morning appointments for me, which was great to have my doctor directly working with me throughout the process. It is easy to hear numbers and results from others' experiences and have specific expectations, but Dr. Wiltshire was great at communicating realistic expectations based on the science. This helped me throughout the process and I was pleasantly surprised with the result at the end. The whole staff was so warm and friendly. Kate Klinger was the nurse on my team and she was also amazing! Her communication was always clear and she kept me in the loop the whole time. Everything was very coordinated and organized including insurance pre-approval, scheduling, and billing. I would highly recommend this clinic!
